i just got a consult 1 for very cheap,looks good but wont start up. battery voltage is 4.2 volts after about 45 minutes of charging. do you have an idea what the problem could be?

I think that for A32 is better way Nissan Consult II.

I obtain them as inoperable, but only internal battery was discharged and next was needed load program to device as is described in video. But i dont have a probe cable for measuring voltage and signal...
Look for ebay, allegro and other markets, sometimes is for sale.
