This is no great work but a primitive scam. Springs can't drive a motor. Due to the flywheel the device can rotate for a longer time after it was rotated manually, but it gets slower all the time. There are visible cuts in this video to hide the slowing down.

How long it will work

It does not work at all. It only rotates due to the manual start and the flywheel. Then it gets slightly slower all the time, which is hidden by editing the video. The cuts can be clearly seen.

Через какое время остановится? Я думаю маховик в хороших подшипниках в вакууме крутиться дольше . И не шумит. А на шум тоже энергия затрачивается. Перпетум мобиле.

It spins only due to the initial manual rotation. After that it gets slower all the time, which is hidden by video editing. Actually, it would spin longer if you remove the springs since they contribute to friction but not in keeping this going.
