    Over the years of watching you I've probably tried every hair product you have reviewed, along with many many more. One of the ones I think you should try. Something I think you would like even more than Northern Lights is O'Douds Dry Wax. It is like Northern Lights, but if the formula went up another level and quality.
    Slightly better hold, better ingredients, easier application, and a more natural look

    A Holy grail and hidden gem is Ivor Brew Anarclay for me. Love to see some love for Northern lights unfortunately for my thick hair it was very light and didn't do much but for thin hair folk is an absolute banger.

    Finally got a haircut after 6 months and got a chance to use the Moroccanoil hair clay. Great recommendation! Might try out the Claymation one next as I like to have a rotation.

    Awesome vid. Any videos on hair products that are very healthy? My main focus when it comes to hair is to keep it healthy and i notice a lot of products on the market have harmful ingredients.
    Also, whats the best product for a Timothee Chalemet type hairstyle? My hair is curly and thick, I use Hanz de Fuko claymation.

    Wow I have never identified more with a review than the one left about Apothecary 87. The product just leaves my hair very stranded and in pieces as opposed to full and voluminous. Great smell though!

    I’ve become slightly obsessed with your channel. I haven’t used product for years and the last time I did it was American crew fibre. My hair is about 2 inches long? And it’s in the awkward what-am-I-going-to-do-with-it stage. It was pissing me off so I watched your videos to figure out what to do with it.

    I noticed that Claymation is in your holy grail list but Cavalier is not, despite you giving Cavalier the win in Brand Battle. What has changed for you since then? I have been curious about Claymation and I want to know if it is still worth checking out.

    Hey robin, thanks for the great vids and tips. I was wondering if you could review “brickell” products. They are giving away free samples on their website (just pay for P&D) and my mate at work says they’re the business.     Great Vid, the Moroocan clay has isopropyl alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol) , yes its down in the list but we know its not great for hair. whats your perspective...thanks

    Robin, if you get a haircut please review the Slick Gorilla Lightwork ( I think is a clay) or their Clay pomade. I have seen your review of their powder so I think their clays might be good as well.

    Aveda texture is 100% less heavy than sea salt. But i find aveda texture sticky, which helps with volume but you can't smoothly pass your fingers through your hair

    Hey Robin what do you recommend for thick coarse hair? I have an issue with the products I've used where they keep a hold for a bit but then it falls down. I also don't really want to use hairspray. I like having volume in my hair though. Thank you!!

      Brown_ i have thick coarse hair as well.
      I have finally found what works for me.
      I use the aveda glossing straightener as a pre styler.
      Then after i blow dry i use lay rite strong hold pomade or imperial fiber pomade.
      If you want a little more volume you can try the aveda thickening tonic also as a pre styler. Don't overdo it on the pre stylers though. A little goes a long way

    I'm going to second your statement at the beginning that Shear Revival make some of the best hair products. They in my opinion make the best texture spray on the market.

      Bumble and bumble Primer Tonic (manforhimself.com/products/bumble-and-bumble-tonic-primer/) with a hair dryer would help to tame it and then I have a tag for matte finish products here: manforhimself.com/product-tag/matte-finish/ Maybe Evo Box O'Bollox (manforhimself.com/products/evo-box-obollox/). It's quite creamy and could help to set your hair.

      Hi, I've been using anchors aweigh courage clay; I ride my motorcycle with a mandatory helmet while using this. After taking my helmet off I fingercomb my hair and end up with some volume. Although I have fine hair so not the same hairtype...

    I really liked 'Redken Run Around 10 'but they quit making it. I have not found anything like it since they quit making it. I'm so sick of products that you have to practically take a torch to before you can get it into the hair.

    Ahh, I actually made an account on the website just to review Apothecary 87 but didn't get the time to. I really don't understand that product. It seems like we and Robin are using completely different things. The result is so different that I even think maybe it gone bad on the shipping? Or that we have a broken batch idk? It's just unusable for me. It's not the only product I got at Robin's recommendation, all of them have been spot on, but this one...

      @@ManForHimself Much appreciated :D I think a very first difference in my experience (compared to what I've noticed in a few frames in your reviews) is that emulsifying is very easy. It's not as tough as Claymation or Lockhart's. And you are left with a clear and very oily spread. I'll give a better review on the website those days.

      I loved Morris Motley Treatment Styling Balm. But the price right now Is outrageous. Will never buy it again. Fortunately there is northern lights, morrocanoil, templeton Tonic and anchors clay
