I find as an alternative to cream cheese, fat free quark works well to add creaminess to a dish.

A tip for the oxo stock cubes, if you squish it in the packet to make it more of a flat square you can then tear it and tip it in. My friend told me that years ago and it was a game changer!!

I'll try and include a couple of veggie ones next time :) They are actually menus from special restaurants we've been too. We try and go once each year and ask the chef to sign the menu too. Will show in another video as I get asked a lot :) x

Most of them you can do in the oven for about 1.5 hours instead or over a lower heat on the hob :) x
