Thanks for the ideas! I love using our slow cooker for it feeling less chaotic too, makes life so much easier when I don't have to think about dinner later on. Our baby who's just turned one can be picky with textures of food sometimes but he prefers things in sauces/ casseroles/ pasta dishes rather than more dry foods, so slow cooker recipes are perfect. We've recently done a bolognese, veggie sausage casserole, chilli and I threw together a mexican chicken sort of thing today with tomatoes peppers onions and some spices that went down well with rice. I also love doing veggie soup in it because it's great to use up any leftover veggies before they go off.
Thanks for the recipes! Also, thanks for not redoing that chicken chasseur dish because as things don't always go as planned so you helped show how to rectify a meal when it's too runny and run out of cornflour! ☺️
I actually love the sound of all of these - i’m going to try one per week and see if the kids will eat any of them! Thanks so much! Just a question in case anyone knows - with adding wine to a slow cooker, is the alcohol able to evaporate off or does the meal ends up still slightly alcoholic? Xxx
Oo I enjoyed this Shan, I was literally moaning to my sister today about what a rut we are in with shopping and food. Just never know what to have that will please everyone. Will definitely dig out the slow cooker and give some of these a try! What good little eaters you’ve got there 🤩

What 'ready made' garlic and ginger do you get? X
Came on time 😅❤😂
Just a tip. ALWAYS only mix cornflour with COLD water! Never warm or hot.
Hiya definitely adding these to my meal plan! Do you not add the flour in the marry me chicken like the recipe says ? I’ve not made it before xx
Would it work if I made something after the nursery run about 2pm then had dinner about 6ish?those recipes look really nice x
which slow cooker do you have?
Hi Shan! The link to the pulled pork chilli isn’t working I’m wondering where you get it from for the measurements? 😊
I've stopped adding stock to chicken casserole when I make it in slow cooker even when the recipie says to and it still usually has to much liquid
When I click on the pulled pork recipe it doesn’t come up. What did you add at the end? Cumin?
