5 SIMPLE SLOW COOKER MEALS ~ EASY FAMILY MEAL IDEAS
5 very simple & easy to prepare slow cooker meals to feed the whole family. All the ingredients I used are listed below along with links to the original recipes (apart from the whole chicken with carrots & potatoes as that's just all cooked in stock with added gravy granules to thicken, no recipe needed!)

BEEF STROGANOFF ~ SERVES 4
500G DICED BEEF
250G SLICED MUSHROOMS
1 BEEF STOCK POT
1 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP ONION POWDER
1 TSP FENNEL (OR ANY OTHER HERB YOU PREFER)
3 TBSP WORCESTER SAUCE
1 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
100ML GREEK YOGHURT (MUST BE FULL FAT TO PREVENT SPLITTING)
25G CORNFLOUR TO MIX WITH 50ML WATER
300G DRIED PASTA

1 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
2 TINS CONDENSED CHICKEN SOUP

LARGE HANDFUL SPINACH (OPTIONAL)

24 MEATBALLS (I USED 800G TURKEY MINCE TO MAKE MINE)
200ML CHILLI KETCHUP
150ML ORANGE JUICE

1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR

1 CUP STOCK MADE WITH 1 CHICKEN STOCK CUBE

I really like these slow cooker recipes as I buy condiments and sauces and sour cream mostly use it once and throw a lot out. I'm definitely going to cook these dishes. Thank You from South Australia.
I believe after browning the meat for the stroganoff, You could have just added everything to the slow cooker and began the slow cooking process. You could have also added your noodles the last 20 to 30 minutes of the slow cooking time. If the sauce is not good enough to add the pasta to call me you could always add a half a cup of beef broth.

My 11 year old daughter loves watching your meals of the week! she isn't great with trying new food but saw this video and wanted to try your stroganoff. I was really surprised and fully expected her not to like it, but I bought all the ingredients and let her prep it for the slow cooker today. We all loved it, including my fusspot child 😂 thanks for sharing and inspiring 🥰

They are all pretty simple too which suits me fine 😂
All of them sound yummy. Going to do the chicken and red potatoes for sure. Sometimes to change up the beef stroganoff I will add a can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom, and cut the sour cream or plain yogurt in half. It is nice change.

Fairly new to watching your videos, this one was great, thank you. We are senior couple and find standing at cooker to cook from scratch is becoming a real challenge.
