Love this video ! I’m Chinese , I’m no Chinese medicine expert in any way. But this in many ways sounds very similar to Chinese medicine - the 5 elements , the preventions etc. This makes me want to know more about both and see how they intertwined back 5000 years ago. Amazing !

    • @deepblue3682
      @deepblue3682 4 роки тому +1

It is similar in many ways.. Just the same way as accupuncture points are in TCM there are marma points in ayurveda, just the same way there are energy channels in TCM, there are nadis as energy channels in ayurveda...medicines are in the form of decotions, powders, fermented forms, distilled forms, jams, oils, tablets etc.. Herbs, animals products and minerals are used to make medicines.. Meditation and karma is also beleived to have effect in ayurveda

Only difference is its mostly plants and herbs unlike tcm

    • @gayathrisubbaiah600

Acupuncture was influenced with the practice of acupressure practised 2000 years before the introduction of acupuncture in China. Also most of India medicine, culture and religion was exported to China by trade etc. Example buddhism, the idea of self healing, the idea of yin and yang influenced by Indian hindu tradition. Though I wouldn't follow Chinese medicine as it has evolved a lot, and I wouldn't really want to indulge in consuming certain items of Chinese medicine. ( frog feet) no way.

There are lots of similarities between the two. Just goes to show that both these studies were very accurate. A lot of people these days dismiss this as superstition when these ancient methods were extremely scientific. I dont believe the ayurveda was ever influenced by TCM as ayurveda is based on purely hindu principles. But would be interesting to see if ayurveda ever influenced tcm. Regardless, both are wonderful and we are blessed to have these ancient treasures🙏

Hii, it’s amazing that you’ve posted this on a Hindu auspicious day that celebrates Hanuman. In the scriptures, Hanuman is the Demi-God who had received the knowledge of life (Ayurveda) from Suraya(the sun God) and passed it on.. I’ve been watching you, Zoe and Tanya for years. It’s so beautiful to see your journey, this video just got me so I had to comment ☺️♥️

Coz many of the asian languages derivated from the traditional language sanskrit i guess....
Not only asian but most of the world's languages comes or having slightly influence from the Sanskrit language...
E.g. Trigonometry in English....but Triconmity is in Sanskrit
Sorry for unwanted knowledge tho 😬😅

@@gauravgoti5411 sorry to be "that" person, but it's not "most languages". It's the indo-european languages, meaning most (not all!) Indian, Iranian, Slavic, Romance, Germanic, Baltic, and Keltic languages, and Greek, Armenian, and Albanian. So actually, Turkish doesn't even belong to that language group. But there used to be now extinct languages spoken in the area where Turkey is today (the Turk people originally came there from Central Asia), so maybe Kafa is a word that modern Turkish adapted from one of those languages. 😊

    Hey Niomi!!
    How are you feeling?
I am really sorry for being late to your video and while am not sure if you will get out read/respond
to this message, I just wanted to check in with you to see how YOU are holding up and doing during
    this certainly overwhelming time.
I hope it is okay with you, if I shared with you, how I have been and am getting through this...
Personally, for me, I have not been feeling quite great and it honestly has been affecting me, my mentality more than I expected!! Even this entire week has been the toughest for me, emotionally speaking. I am trying to get through it though.
Anyway, as much as I hope it was okay to tell you all of this about myself, I still do hope you are getting through this okay and you are also
    staying healthy and well.
If you have anything you would like to share with me and you think could help me, please let me know!!
I would love to get your perspective, personal feelings, advice on what we are all going through.
Until then, I am always sending you much support, lots of love and light to you!!

It's not only you but it happens to most of the people......so first of all don't feel alone... everyone is with you 😊
Actually i am from india....on 22nd march lockdown started...i was really happy with the move and actually nothing in mind & even thinking that time that it should extend to 3 months and so on.....
But after 2 days....i started feeling panicking & depression and trying my mind to diverted to the good things like watching good movies and videos and all of that but you know internally that it doesn't actually work.....you can't focus on things because back in the mind you think about these tense things and actually it happens too because we never face these kind of situations before...
But believe me that it happens because of your body and because of little not well with your body or not having good stomach or anything related to little unwell body....
If you will ignore one meal for a day .....we called UPWAAS (to skip a meal) then it might have chance you will feel good ....apart from that think about the MAMA EARTH is literally healing & many creatures even wild creatures are coming to cities....just make your mind in a way that THIS IS ANIMALS VACATION .....and for that you have to stick your ass to home 😂...
So yeah it happens with most of the people...but it stays only 1 or 2 days ....other than this world is never gonna end ....it will move on anyway...you & i can't stop anything....just experience the scenario and enjoy the animal's Vacation....they are also nature ...they have been on the earth before we exists 😅...
It's their right before we claims 😅.....we all are one .....i wouldn't say stay powerful because i know you will be
      Have a good day 👍😊
...and sorry for these big lecture from me 🤓😅
