I'm impressed! I made a similar dish on the stovetop that I grew up with. Fried potatoes, onions and smoked sausage. My 9-year-old nephew (whom I raised) called it "Spud Link-Os" one day and it stuck. We lost him at 21 to a brain abscess and the dish continues to be a favorite of the family. This version looks to be a better one and I will be trying it!
