Swag shisui had to limit to the use of his eye he could use it whenever he pleased, hashirama cells are only the only thing that speed up the 10 year gap if your a regular person that’s not shisui

I'd always assumed the 10 year cool-down was because Itachi was using it externally somehow... like this negative effect was the result of it not being actually IN an Uchiha body, and that supposing Shisui used it when he was alive he wouldn't face such a long cool-down. Though I could've sworn Itachi said something to that effect, I'm probably wrong. If that's the case, Kotoamatsukami would probably end up higher on the list. Anyway, very well-made video Swagkage.
Obito's MS ability was so hax that Kishimoto literally took one of them away for the majority of the series and didn't allow Obito to get them both back together until the final villain appeared 😭
*Tsukoyomi doesn't require eye contact!* The First time we see Tsukoyomi, in part 1 of Naruto, Itachi uses it on Kakashi without eye contact. He just moved a finger and Kakashi is trapped.

Based on the fact Shisui thought he could use it on the entire Uchiha clan and was know to use it, it probably had a lot shorter cool down time(due to 1. him being the natural user and 2. having both eyes), similar to how Kakashi has a much much higher cost to using it at all
yeah, shisui unlocked it at 7 and died when he was around 16ish. The cooldown simply makes no god damn sense considering he would only have been able to use it twice max.
12:30 kotoamatsukami didn't specifically order Itachi to go to kabuto and stop Edo tensei. It ordered him to protect konoha which gives Itachi freedom to interpret that order as he honestly believes it to be. Itachi is smart and so the order works without the need to get into the details
@@moe5177 it's a nuance. Swag attributes kotoamatsukami's success to its "flexibility", meanwhile I say it's not really an attribute of the jutsu itself. Itachi just programmed a really vague command and trusted the victim of the jutsu to make best use of it. This doesn't mean the jutsu is weaker than what swag portrays it to be -- it's still a very powerful genjutsu and the crux of it relies on convincing the target to take action instead of directly controlling them like a mindless zombie. I quote "the eye could have compelled him to mindlessly patrol konoha, instead it ordered him to do something more urgent and less obvious ie stop kabuto's edo tensei." Neither the eye nor itachi during his life could have predicted when or how the jursu would trigger. *The eye did not order Itachi to stop kabuto. Edo Itachi decided that by himself,* after analysing the war situation he was summoned into.

Yeah. The only time we see that eye perform kotoamtsukami is when it made eye contact with itachi, so everyone just assumes that eye contact is a requirement
I always thought Shisui's eyes could be used multiple times without the 10 years restriction. The 10 years restriction applies to people who aren't Shisui, and Hashirama cells help reduces that restriction.

I do. Obito only got so strong because of kamui and hashirama cells. Without hashirama cells, obito would only be able to use kamui a handful of times. We see this in the Kakashi Obito fight during the war arc. Kakashi and a hashirama cell and Rinnegan buffed Obito are at least comparable in power (though it did look like Obito had the upper hand throughout the fight and only lost that upperhand because Kakashi is just straight up more intelligent). But again, the second Obito stops relying on Kamui, He is only Kakashi level or slightly above that even with Rinnegan and Hashirama cell buffs. So all in all, Obito would probably never become kage level. Jonin level? Probably. But he would still get his shit rocked by any actual S-Rank Ninja. Obito wasnt a secret prodigy like Naruto was, Obito was an actual honest go god dead last with barely any potential. And that is the difference between them. Obito is not “Naruto but evil”, Obito is Naruto without the ability to become great. Obito is Naruto if he was a failure. Tl;dr: Obito would not be able to spam kamui and would not have Hashi cells and the rinnegan, and is therefore fodder.

Even though shisui’s left eye had a ten year cooldown, it was still powerful enough to make your strongest enemy your ally and you could take over any nation you wanted.

That broken eye power is the reason some characters were written off during the War Arc like Shisui. Kabuto mentioned that he could resurrect Shisui if he could find his eye that Danzo took from Shisui. It was very smart for Obito to keep Danzo body away from Kabuto imagine if he got some DNA from Shisui and revived him.
To this day, I feel like I'm the only one to interpret that Madara sequence from Storm Generation as just the Sharingan's ability to predict the opponent's movement and anticipate trajectories.
That's too basic tbh, like undying flames, access to a pocket dimension, an unbreakable illusion, that doesn't really fit within the natural mangekyo abilities tbh

I think your take on Shishui is dogshit he could not be famous for it if it was easily counterable and only usable every 10 years. Shin other Ms ability literally allows him to travel between dimensions that busted kamui only transport you to one dimension with it being need to link to Kaguya portals to go to others and it stated it takes alot of Charkra for Rinnegan users to go through dimensions

What's funny is in the beginning they set up rules and try to have some balance. Unfortunately in fantasy stories like this rules get in the way and they break them.
Keep in mind that the "long range" kamui can also teleport its user and teleport other people (safely) into and out of kamui dimension. What it can't do is phase through things (intangibility). We should probably refer to them as "offensive" and "defensive" (granted, people who get teleported into kamui dimension by obito are stuck there but that's not inherently offensive, since they don't die or take damage from being teleported. Obito is just crafty and can also use his kamui to enhance other jutsu like his katon: bafukū ranbu)
I agree, especially considering that long range (offensive) could teleport parts off people and thigs and thus inflicting mortal wounds if needed. Short range Kamui seemed to only transport people and things in their full form, not hacking parts of them off.

Obito always warped other people and things fully. While kakashi can partially warp other people and things, damaging them : deidara's arm, gedō mazō's shoulder, hachibi's tails, rabbit jyuubi's tails, madara's gudōdama shield...) Madara did not use limbo clones to warp , and why should he ? He doesn't need them, since he can simply warp himself using kakashi's eye. Moreover, he couldn't use limbo at that time. All his limbo clones were sealed or busy fighting naruto, he had none left on him, and he was very far away from him clones. Considering Sasuke ended up with one Rinnegan eye and one Sharingan eye, I think it’s fair that he could use his Sharingan eye to use both MS abilities. I also think they didn’t want to take away Sasuke’s ability to use his MS abilities, they just wanted to take away some stats and Amenotejikari, so they made it so he could use both abilities out of his Sharingan eye.
Nah using one eye for both abilities is a deus ex machina but retaining ms abilities after rinnegan upgrade does make sense. Madara using susaso without eyes however is a little sus

Shisuis mgs was only able to be activated once every ten years because it was transplanted in a crow, and after being used needed time to recover due to the small amount of chakra. Shisui however could use his eye multiple times without any recover period
I have a question about Kotoamatsukami, is the 10 year cool down period also applicable for Shusui? It just kinda seems like something caused by the people using it not having it naturally and if that is true where would you rank it if it had way less of a cooldown period?
That's how I always interpreted it. There's no way Shisui has a 10 year cooldown, he was ~14-16 when he died. Even assuming he was born with it, he could have only used it once and he seemed to know how to use it when he was gonna use it to stop the coup, which would come from experience.
If he died at 16, for them to know it's 10 years he'd have to do it at 6 then 16 and there's no way he had Sharingan at 6. He would also need to use it a few times to get a reputation (beating Ao is not enough).
I am to this day convinced that his MS power was having the physically strongest Susano'o. Every form of his Susan'o was stronger than the ones we had seen before. His Ribcage was stronger than Sasuke by a lot, his full body Susan'o had 3 heads, could weave jutsu, had infinite swords and seemed more durable than Sasuke's or Itachi's and also had legs and was way bigger. His full Body ARMORED was the same size as the god damn Perfect Susano'o which is insane considering Itachi's and Sasuke's armored. It also had legs. And then there was the Perfect Susano'o, something that we later found out was only obtained by characters with Six Paths power (Hagoromo, Indra, Sasuke after gaining Hag's chakra) and yet Madara has unlocked it with his EMS alone. MS abilities are linked to user's biggest desires at the moment of unlocking it. Itachi wanted to warp people's perception and to destroy utterly for the sake of defending his village (Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu) Sasuke took his brother's ninja way and warped it in his own twisted vision (Flame control over the Amaterasu) Obito wanted to dissapear and take others away from this awful reality (Kamui intangibility, transport and his literal personal alternate reality/dimension) Madara wanted to phisically protect his brothers and clan so what is the Ultimate Defense? Susano'o, which he gained the physically strongest and largest version of.
@@DaddyDagoth I think it was having high level clones. Before sage of 6 path mode his shadow clones could use multiple susanoos but after he got the power up he upgraded to limbo clones it seems like that ability was unique to him since obito and nagato never used clones like that or limbo.
Amaterasu confuses me, sometimes it seems like the flames are being thrown from the eye but sometimes it seems like the flames instantly appear on the target.
i hear EVERYONE say this and i dont know why but it literally says thats shuisui has a 10 year cooldown.... this is ONLY if the eye is NOT in shisui AND NOT cultivated in hashirama cells, for SHISUI, if it was IN HIS EYESOCKET, it is like a 1 DAY cooldown which means it is pretty damn good (and this is without the EMS sharingan, the cooldown could be because of strain, and if EMS removed that strain then it would literally be broken because he could spam both his eyes and would keep a constant genjutsu no matter what ((or like a 30 min cooldown))
Without even finishing the video I think Obito’s is the best one because it’s just useful in most situations. Can create dimensional rifts that allow hits to go through you or just go to your own pocket dimension and the other eye can send other objects to the dimension without you touching it.
Had Obito never lost his second eye I firmly believe he would've been the strongest character in the series like a slightly watered down version of Kakashi double sharingan because he wouldn't have ems or does he? he never seems to wear out despite always using it.
the reason he never seemed to wear out or go blind unlike the other ms characters is because half his body was hashirama's cells, which are like ultra-stamina boosters that buff your bodies' stats to a crazy degree.
Im so excited for sarada’s mangyekyo. My favorite part of og naruto was the sharingan progression, and never knowing when someone’s sharingan was gonna get a cool new ability. My only gripe is that there arent more sharingan users to watch progress through the stages, but then again shin’s clones are still around so who knows
At the rate they're going I'd be surprised if they even give her Mangekyo, she still doesn't have three tome and we are nearing the time skip. Even if she does get Mangeyko, she won't be able to use it much cause she'd go blind. They'll have some ass-pull most likely for this or avoid giving it to her altogether. Shin's telekinesis would be _so_ much better if he didn't have to mark each individual item with a seal first. If he could just levitate an entire room of shuriken and swords with his mind, the only one that could probably stop him is Obito. It would be the perfect all-in-one jutsu.
Here’s how I think Kotoamatsukami works: Right eye: once a day, mind control someone. They are incapable of comprehending that they are being brainwashed. The user must actively give commands and suggestions like a puppet master. The user must actively maintain the jutsu and remain in range of the target. Ao saw Danzo using chakra in his eye, and threatened Danzo, who then willingly cancelled it. Only then was Mifune able to realize he was being controlled, not because he could comprehend how he was acting out of character, but because he trusted Ao when he told Mifune he was being controlled. Left eye: Establish direct eye contact and give a simple command. That command becomes the target’s prime directive. Even if the target realizes they are under the effect of a genjutsu, they won’t want to resist. Jutsu is permanent and even overrides other mind control control techniques. Takes ten years to recharge.

And because we know different people can have the same MS abilities, there could just be a limited catalogue, which could be known and documented by the Uchiha clan. Afterall, Itachi knew how to use both Izanami and Izanagi despite never seeing or using either. So Shisui/Itachi could just know that because a previous user of Kotoamatsukami said so. There’s even a potential candidate in Kagami Uchiha.
Speaking of the Amaterasu, didn’t naruto just kinda push it off with some of his chakra cloak? Meaning most jinchuriki could have this answer as well for it?

Hey Swag, not sure if it's just me or if it's the video, but the volume is a tad quiet at times. If you don't already use one I would recommend using a compressor on the voice over, that way you can bring the quieter parts up in volume to match the louder parts. Great list, though.

First off, Danzo, (And I don't give a shit if he had hashirama's cells, he's not the original user which should make shisui more proficient with it at default) could use it like twice a day and second of all, the Itachi novels indirectly confirm that shiusi could use it whenever he wants aside from chakra constraints and going blind etc. Finally, Ao saw the jutsu before, and I doubt somebody stronger than Itachi (at the time) would've used kotoamatsukami on any ninja like Ao or his teamates💀 Also as a side note, just because someone actually fought shisui and had a byakugan transplant to tell it was shisui's eye caught danzo's scheme, doesn't mean the eye is shit. just wanna say. Obito’s ms is only uber broken because of his specific circumstances. He was only ever able to abuse kamui to the extend he did thanks to the hasi cells. Without hashi cells, you simply cant abuse it like that. The eventuality of blindness keeps it *somewhat* balanced. In my opinion, the most OP ms is Itachi’s. Having two completely seperate abilities is not only OP as all hell. But they’re both oneshot abilities as well. Either way, you defeat your opponent with a single look.

I think your theory about Kotoamatsukami, makes a lot of sense. It's more things pointing towards the two eyes operate a little different than not, mainly being every other Uchiha's eyes have two different functions, even Obito's. I do think though, it's kind of implied that Shisui doesn't have that 10 year cool down, given his rep.

I have questions for madara mangekyou power. We dont know any of his mangekyou jutsu beside susanoo. Which he used in perfect form with EMS while sasuke got this version with rinnegan (also kakashi got the perfect susanoo too with only MS but with 6paths chakra). So can we assume one of Madaras MS power is to have step up susanoo ? While sasuke and itachi who shared the sames jutsus having skills in the different power. Like sasuke is able to control amaterasu while itachi cant and the opposite too, itachi can manipulate tsukiyomi really consciously while sasuke isnt able to do so. So sasuke MS naturaly strong to the power of amaterasu, itachi to the tsukiyomi and then madara for susanoo?
One thing we do know about madaras ms is that at least one of them has something to do with time, it’s revealed when they talk about how Madara survived the fight with hashirama, something about delayed Jutsu

I've had a theory as to why Obito couldn't use Kamui after becoming the Ten tails Jinchuriki. With Kamui, Obito can phase through solid objects, but he's not actually phasing through objects by changing his body's structure or through the space between atoms, his body is still solid, its just solid else where. As the Jinchuriki, the Ten Tails within would be separate from him in a different dimension, where as Madara using Kamui just teleported himself which just sucked up his body into the portal he created.
What does the ten tails being separate from him mean? Wouldn't that mean he could still make his entire body "solid else where"? Like, if he phases his entire body to the kamui dimension in an explosion (which he experienced as a jinchuriki), the ten tails would then not be separate meaning he can still do kamui on his entire body while being ten tails jinchuriki, but he doesn't. I think the explanation is much simpler, his ability was too OP so they had to nerf him.

Obito's eye has 2 abilities: warping and phasing so that's cheating. Taken on their own, they would be in the bottom half of the list. Actually warping doesn't even have many feats and more failed attempts than Amaterasu. By that logic it should be lower.

I have an idea for a Mangekyou power. Given the naming convention of Japanese gods, it would be called Watatsumi. It’s power can freeze things in place at long range in one eye, and at close range in the other eye.
How can one free themselves when caught? Des it require eye contact? Does it work on anything living and non living? Can you break out? Basically how broken is it? We need information.
@@billiondavid For the long ranger eye, it can freeze things in a couple meters. So any thrown weapons or ninjutsu would be frozen in place, completely suspended in air. For the other eye, anything the user comes into contact with will be frozen in place like a statue. Essentially in a state of living death, not sure if it can be undone. Just a rough draft of the abilities.

I'd always assumed the 10 year cool-down was because Itachi was using it externally somehow... like this negative effect was the result of it not being actually IN an Uchiha body, and that supposing Shisui used it when he was alive he wouldn't face such a long cool-down. Though I could've sworn Itachi said something to that effect, I'm probably wrong.
If that's the case, Kotoamatsukami would probably end up higher on the list.

It ordered him to protect konoha which gives Itachi freedom to interpret that order as he honestly believes it to be.

Itachi just programmed a really vague command and trusted the victim of the jutsu to make best use of it.
This doesn't mean the jutsu is weaker than what swag portrays it to be -- it's still a very powerful genjutsu and the crux of it relies on convincing the target to take action instead of directly controlling them like a mindless zombie.

I always thought Shisui's eyes could be used multiple times without the 10 years restriction. The 10 years restriction applies to people who aren't Shisui, and Hashirama cells help reduces that restriction.

I do. Obito only got so strong because of kamui and hashirama cells. Without hashirama cells, obito would only be able to use kamui a handful of times. We see this in the Kakashi Obito fight during the war arc. Kakashi and a hashirama cell and Rinnegan buffed Obito are at least comparable in power (though it did look like Obito had the upper hand throughout the fight and only lost that upperhand because Kakashi is just straight up more intelligent). But again, the second Obito stops relying on Kamui, He is only Kakashi level or slightly above that even with Rinnegan and Hashirama cell buffs.
So all in all, Obito would probably never become kage level. Jonin level? Probably. But he would still get his shit rocked by any actual S-Rank Ninja.
Obito wasnt a secret prodigy like Naruto was, Obito was an actual honest go god dead last with barely any potential. And that is the difference between them.
Obito is not “Naruto but evil”, Obito is Naruto without the ability to become great. Obito is Naruto if he was a failure.

That broken eye power is the reason some characters were written off during the War Arc like Shisui.

For Shins MS ability, the best thing about it is that it is able to paralyze people to some degree. He did it to Sasuke and Sakura
Shin other Ms ability literally allows him to travel between dimensions that busted kamui only transport you to one dimension with it being need to link to Kaguya portals to go to others and it stated it takes alot of Charkra for Rinnegan users to go through dimensions

Keep in mind that the "long range" kamui can also teleport its user and teleport other people (safely) into and out of kamui dimension. What it can't do is phase through things (intangibility).
We should probably refer to them as "offensive" and "defensive" (granted, people who get teleported into kamui dimension by obito are stuck there but that's not inherently offensive, since they don't die or take damage from being teleported. Obito is just crafty and can also use his kamui to enhance other jutsu like his katon: bafukū ranbu)
I agree, especially considering that long range (offensive) could teleport parts off people and thigs and thus inflicting mortal wounds if needed. Short range Kamui seemed to only transport people and things in their full form, not hacking parts of them off.

Considering Sasuke ended up with one Rinnegan eye and one Sharingan eye, I think it’s fair that he could use his Sharingan eye to use both MS abilities.

I have a question about Kotoamatsukami, is the 10 year cool down period also applicable for Shusui? It just kinda seems like something caused by the people using it not having it naturally and if that is true where would you rank it if it had way less of a cooldown period?
That's how I always interpreted it. There's no way Shisui has a 10 year cooldown, he was ~14-16 when he died. Even assuming he was born with it, he could have only used it once and he seemed to know how to use it when he was gonna use it to stop the coup, which would come from experience.

I am to this day convinced that his MS power was having the physically strongest Susano'o. Every form of his Susan'o was stronger than the ones we had seen before. His Ribcage was stronger than Sasuke by a lot, his full body Susan'o had 3 heads, could weave jutsu, had infinite swords and seemed more durable than Sasuke's or Itachi's and also had legs and was way bigger. His full Body ARMORED was the same size as the god damn Perfect Susano'o which is insane considering Itachi's and Sasuke's armored. It also had legs. And then there was the Perfect Susano'o, something that we later found out was only obtained by characters with Six Paths power (Hagoromo, Indra, Sasuke after gaining Hag's chakra) and yet Madara has unlocked it with his EMS alone.
MS abilities are linked to user's biggest desires at the moment of unlocking it. Itachi wanted to warp people's perception and to destroy utterly for the sake of defending his village (Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu)
Sasuke took his brother's ninja way and warped it in his own twisted vision (Flame control over the Amaterasu)
Obito wanted to dissapear and take others away from this awful reality (Kamui intangibility, transport and his literal personal alternate reality/dimension)
Madara wanted to phisically protect his brothers and clan so what is the Ultimate Defense? Susano'o, which he gained the physically strongest and largest version of.

Obito used Kamui to remove Amaterasu, as confirmed in the databook. I think that's bullshit, but it is canon.
i hear EVERYONE say this and i dont know why but it literally says thats shuisui has a 10 year cooldown.... this is ONLY if the eye is NOT in shisui AND NOT cultivated in hashirama cells, for SHISUI, if it was IN HIS EYESOCKET, it is like a 1 DAY cooldown which means it is pretty damn good (and this is without the EMS sharingan, the cooldown could be because of strain, and if EMS removed that strain then it would literally be broken because he could spam both his eyes and would keep a constant genjutsu no matter what ((or like a 30 min cooldown))
Without even finishing the video I think Obito’s is the best one because it’s just useful in most situations. Can create dimensional rifts that allow hits to go through you or just go to your own pocket dimension and the other eye can send other objects to the dimension without you touching it.
Had Obito never lost his second eye I firmly believe he would've been the strongest character in the series like a slightly watered down version of Kakashi double sharingan because he wouldn't have ems or does he? he never seems to wear out despite always using it.
the reason he never seemed to wear out or go blind unlike the other ms characters is because half his body was hashirama's cells, which are like ultra-stamina boosters that buff your bodies' stats to a crazy degree.
Im so excited for sarada’s mangyekyo. My favorite part of og naruto was the sharingan progression, and never knowing when someone’s sharingan was gonna get a cool new ability. My only gripe is that there arent more sharingan users to watch progress through the stages, but then again shin’s clones are still around so who knows

Shin's telekinesis would be _so_ much better if he didn't have to mark each individual item with a seal first. If he could just levitate an entire room of shuriken and swords with his mind, the only one that could probably stop him is Obito. It would be the perfect all-in-one jutsu.
Here’s how I think Kotoamatsukami works:
Right eye:
once a day, mind control someone. They are incapable of comprehending that they are being brainwashed. The user must actively give commands and suggestions like a puppet master. The user must actively maintain the jutsu and remain in range of the target. Ao saw Danzo using chakra in his eye, and threatened Danzo, who then willingly cancelled it. Only then was Mifune able to realize he was being controlled, not because he could comprehend how he was acting out of character, but because he trusted Ao when he told Mifune he was being controlled.
Left eye:
Establish direct eye contact and give a simple command. That command becomes the target’s prime directive. Even if the target realizes they are under the effect of a genjutsu, they won’t want to resist. Jutsu is permanent and even overrides other mind control control techniques. Takes ten years to recharge.

And because we know different people can have the same MS abilities, there could just be a limited catalogue, which could be known and documented by the Uchiha clan. Afterall, Itachi knew how to use both Izanami and Izanagi despite never seeing or using either. So Shisui/Itachi could just know that because a previous user of Kotoamatsukami said so. There’s even a potential candidate in Kagami Uchiha.

First off, Danzo, (And I don't give a shit if he had hashirama's cells, he's not the original user which should make shisui more proficient with it at default) could use it like twice a day
and second of all, the Itachi novels indirectly confirm that shiusi could use it whenever he wants aside from chakra constraints and going blind etc.
Finally, Ao saw the jutsu before, and I doubt somebody stronger than Itachi (at the time) would've used kotoamatsukami on any ninja like Ao or his teamates💀
Also as a side note, just because someone actually fought shisui and had a byakugan transplant to tell it was shisui's eye caught danzo's scheme, doesn't mean the eye is shit. Ao is the only person in the VERSE to be able to stop that jutsu. Otherwise, the entire war arc would've been completely different. That's why Ao was given the byakugan LMAO
just wanna say. Obito’s ms is only uber broken because of his specific circumstances. He was only ever able to abuse kamui to the extend he did thanks to the hasi cells. Without hashi cells, you simply cant abuse it like that. The eventuality of blindness keeps it *somewhat* balanced.
In my opinion, the most OP ms is Itachi’s. Having two completely seperate abilities is not only OP as all hell. But they’re both oneshot abilities as well. Either way, you defeat your opponent with a single look.
Amaterasu isn’t really a one shot ability when it’s used against the high caliber shinobi that Itachi might have faced.

I think your theory about Kotoamatsukami, makes a lot of sense. It's more things pointing towards the two eyes operate a little different than not, mainly being every other Uchiha's eyes have two different functions, even Obito's. I do think though, it's kind of implied that Shisui doesn't have that 10 year cool down, given his rep.

I have questions for madara mangekyou power. We dont know any of his mangekyou jutsu beside susanoo. Which he used in perfect form with EMS while sasuke got this version with rinnegan (also kakashi got the perfect susanoo too with only MS but with 6paths chakra). So can we assume one of Madaras MS power is to have step up susanoo ? While sasuke and itachi who shared the sames jutsus having skills in the different power. Like sasuke is able to control amaterasu while itachi cant and the opposite too, itachi can manipulate tsukiyomi really consciously while sasuke isnt able to do so. So sasuke MS naturaly strong to the power of amaterasu, itachi to the tsukiyomi and then madara for susanoo?
One thing we do know about madaras ms is that at least one of them has something to do with time, it’s revealed when they talk about how Madara survived the fight with hashirama, something about delayed Jutsu

I've had a theory as to why Obito couldn't use Kamui after becoming the Ten tails Jinchuriki. With Kamui, Obito can phase through solid objects, but he's not actually phasing through objects by changing his body's structure or through the space between atoms, his body is still solid, its just solid else where. As the Jinchuriki, the Ten Tails within would be separate from him in a different dimension, where as Madara using Kamui just teleported himself which just sucked up his body into the portal he created.
What does the ten tails being separate from him mean? Wouldn't that mean he could still make his entire body "solid else where"? Like, if he phases his entire body to the kamui dimension in an explosion (which he experienced as a jinchuriki), the ten tails would then not be separate meaning he can still do kamui on his entire body while being ten tails jinchuriki, but he doesn't. I think the explanation is much simpler, his ability was too OP so they had to nerf him.

Obito's eye has 2 abilities: warping and phasing so that's cheating.
Taken on their own, they would be in the bottom half of the list. Actually warping doesn't even have many feats and more failed attempts than Amaterasu. By that logic it should be lower.

Shisui's MS is easily number 1. It is absolutely ridiculous. You get the power of Kishimoto while being a character inside his world.

@@billiondavid For the long ranger eye, it can freeze things in a couple meters. So any thrown weapons or ninjutsu would be frozen in place, completely suspended in air.
For the other eye, anything the user comes into contact with will be frozen in place like a statue.
Essentially in a state of living death, not sure if it can be undone.
