    I wanted to thank you for listing the supplements needed to fight osteoporosis without my having to pay thousands of dollars to find out. I have osteoporosis and also had recent (major) dental bone graphs. They put me on Fosamax. I researched it and stopped it after 2 months. I think my doctor hates me for researching things.
    Also... I am having some foot pain, so I'll be applying the info from this video to my daily routine.
    Just wanted to say thank you. You're the first real help I've found.

    I appreciate your videos and do your recommended exercises for osteoporosis/osteopenia. I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on plantar fasciitis and always wearing shoes with arch supports...

      You are very welcome, Karen I’m glad that the videos help you! As far as shoes and orthotics, I believe in using the least amount of support needed to get the job done. It would be nice to be able to have the flexibility and resiliency to walk barefoot if you need to in the house or if you’re on vacation and you’re on a beach somewhere, but we have to work on foot and ankle mobility in order to do that. So yes, orthotics if needed, but the least amount to get the job done. Hope that makes sense.
