I've heard it does help with nerve repair. But you shouldn't take it ever day because your repair system needs to rest. Thank you so much. I love your helping.

I am sorry you are struggling with depression. From this video the pregnenolone and turmeric have both been shown to help with mood. Also you can talk with your doctor or naturopathic doctor about St. John’s wort. It has been shown to help as well.
Adding regular exercise and meditation are also very helpful with depression.

Take lots of b supplements for your mood. Especially b1 and b12. I take high dose b1 everyday and it has certainly lifted my mood. Hope this helps!

Years ago I read a book by a doctor's wife in Florida. She promoted Evening Primrose Oil for help with healing M.S. I wish I could remember more about EPO and how it helps. Have you read about it, and I'm wondering what your opinion is? I finally found the book title. It is 'The Gold Coast Cure'.

Thanks for watching. I’ve looked into it a bit. It is rich in Omega 6s and linoleic acids which can both be beneficial. My bloodwork shows the omega 6 to 3 ratio is good. I would definitely check with a doctor or naturopathic doctor if if would be beneficial for you.

@@EvenSoItIsWell Nac is one of the best anti oxidants out there to get rid of free radicals from your body. Taken with glycine it is even better! B1 is also very important for people with ms. Great for energy especially if taken in high doses!

Um no this is complete misinformation and a person who is I’ll informed sitting in her kitchen (?) trying I’m sure to to be helpful when really she should have said “ I do not know what the side effects are because I am not a medical school graduate, hold a post grad degree, nor am I a qualified educated researcher.” The fact is this particular supplement being sold recently many places is a hormone made in your body normally. You will be adding to the amount your body wisely has regulated for you. There is currently (July ‘23) zero human evidence for any of this persons claims for help in ms or any other conditions pregnenolone is currently marketed for. If it were a solid pathway to symptom/progression relief mainstream medical organizations would be embracing it.
As to the side effects, there are many. Because it is a hormone, it is not safe and untested in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Because it converts to estrogen and testosterone dependent upon your own sex hormones, you will be obviously affect that regulation, as you will be will any existing hormone therapy. In addition any conditions such as certain cancers that are estrogen or hormone specific can be effected and this supplement is not advised.
In short DO NOT listen to some random person on social media who thinks she “knows a lot” and has a “certificate” in something or rather. Your health is precious. Treat it as so and ascertain your personal medical and scientific information from trusted educated sources who are employed to do just that. Good luck to you all and to this good hearted but misguided lady.
