For Sindy, I've been experimenting with continuing to spam DP or SWD when the first aoe happens, so that your stacks don't drop, giving you just a bit more time to move away from the group and then dispersion. My only concern at the moment is i'm not 100% how the debuff goes away... does it only go away when u let it drop (and u no longer have unchained magic targeted at you) or is there a point where regardless of what you cast, you no longer get stacks so it inevitably falls off? If it's the latter, then there is still a risk with my approach to the aoe pull, if not, then holding off dispersion and continuing to cast during the aoe pull si definitely a nice approach
The main debuff unchained magic lasts 30 seconds. Every time you cast you get a new stacking debuff that lasts 6 seconds. It refreshes every time you cast and when that second debuff times out you explode. After you explode you continue getting stacks if you cast (and continue exploding) until unchained magic disappears

in-combat potion will always be speed potion. pre-pot will depend on fight conditions (how long can you maintain your snapshot SWP, mostly). So fights like festergut where you can keep up your original SWP the whole time makes Wild Magic better than usual, but Putricide it's less likely you'll personally keep it up. Best bet is to sim the situation you're interested in seeing which pot is better.
Mandatory Major Glyphs: Mind Flay, Shadow 3rd Glyph Options: Dispersion (45s CD), Shadow Word Pain (teensy bit of mana gain over the fight), Mind Sear (Larger radius on mind sear) Minors: Don't matter, but Levitate, Fortitude, and Shadowfiend are the usual customers
Is it still better to double haste pot on fights like DBS/Fester/BQL? If I know I can keep the juiced SW:P up I've still been using Wild Magic pre-pot. Depends on fight length maybe? Also - I have been using the "dont cast mindflay" weakaura and it seems like MB is still an integral part of my rotation outside of lust/gloves (4pc, 6111 GS, 847 haste unbuffed). Maybe with DFO/more static haste it makes sense to remove MB?

Hey Pants! How skilled are you at creating WA's? I made an attempt to creating one to alert when Pungent Blight on fester begins to cast but it failed. Trying to not tunnel so hard on Fester and make the fight even more mind numbingly easy. Lol
hey I had a question: I notice on ur Castbar the last bit of your channel is coloured red so as to indicate when you should press your spells to not clip and maximize dps. What addon/weakaura is this?
i noticed a few times in this video where you didnt have concentration aura up which caused some -0.2 pushback hits on mind flay. does getting pushback on mind flay cause us to lose out on an entire tick of damage? or does it actually help make it complete faster?
I'm having this issue too, where I just totally lose the last tick but waste a lot of time before getting to the new channelling. I have been rechanelling MF after the second tick in fights where there is constant push back. Unsure what else I can do.
mind flay basically just deals damage on 1/3, 2/3s and 3/3s of the uninterrupted cast time, so your clip timing doesnt change if you clip - but if you notice being interrupted once then you can clip after the 2nd tick for no dps loss yes@@Scottysaweet

I've just respecced after watching this video and took the points out of imp. mind blast and decided on the 2 extra to be in disc tree for 1/3 mental agility + the PW:shield 5%. Is it better in rotation to just spam mind flays now?
Hi Pants. What I'm doing after the 4 tier piece is a 16/0/55. 1 in Impr. PW:S (hwhen I'm in a tight spot, and the DiscP is busy, my shield helps) and 1 in Mental Agi for the mana savings while moving and casting SW:D and DP. On Sadow tree, no Imp MBlast. Instead, 2 in Imp Vamp Embrace and 3 in Focused Mind. Hope that helps ;) Keep up the fine vids! Cheers!
Re Gunship gunnery build up your heat before "fight start", and then just spam heat dump. some mathy boios (source, i can't remember where) found out the 2 damage increase from heat is linear, so you do the exact same dps by spamming 2 as you do building it up.

So you're always using speed potion right ?

You need to cast it on a VT to get your replen.
