February Whisky Preview - Cask 93.204 By The Beautiful Briny Sea (Australian Exclusive)

National Director and Brand Ambassador, Matt Bailey, has a rather exciting new release to walk you through this month - Cask 93.204 By the beautiful briny sea, an Australian exclusive cask. It's no secret that 93s are highly regarded (as much Campbeltown whisky is), and the Oily & Coastal flavour profile is hugely popular as it really walks the line of peated, coastal, and salty.
This 93 has been selected by the Australian team and we're getting the entire cask - all 215 bottles of this thick, rich 8yo malt with a custom artwork designed to depict an Australian summer in quite a unique way.

This bottling will be available to purchase with the rest of February Outturn on Friday the 2nd of February, midday AEDT. The full February Outturn is available to preview on the bar at Whisky & Alement in Melbourne.

Panel have even had double-ups on names word-for-word in the past. Definitely not an exact science, and still only human after all. The names of casks were kept in a paper journal up until around 2019! Most important thing is the spirit inside is incredible.
