Hello Gents and Happy New Year to both of you. I would like to step in to address the "Contrapuntal" issue. I was born in Venezuela, South America and there we have a typical music called "Joropo" where in one of its versions it can be a "Contrapunto": where 2 singers sing along one song, one melody, and basically discuss about some particular topic. Most of the time their phrases has to rhyme. Calum was not that far in his comment. 👏👏👏. Slàinte !!!

I have always said to the guys at Bath Street that the tasting panel must have a Mexican person. The references to "Chamoy" or Chile Ancho etc. are always spot on.
