I lived there many years ago. One of my daughters was born there (the region is pronounced AndaluSEEa). That's where I learned to (armpit) knit. It's a nice looking pattern. : )
Just a little, yes, but that one row of K1, P1 helps it keep its shape better. I also blocked these pieces, to help avoid it curling. I'd personally do a couple stitches of garter on each side if I'm knitting something I'd like to lie perfectly flat.
Thanks this is a lovely pattern. As I would like to use it on doing the arms of a sweater what about when doing increases? As I usually have two increase once and then at begin and end of row. Thanks anybody who as ever tried for suggestions
Hello, I love your designs. I am legally blind. I was wondering if there was a way for example the illusion stitch that you are guiding everyone through. For your designs, if you can at least go over your pattern twice. Because this is supposed to be a beginner stitch as you made in your comment but you went through it really fast and didn’t go over it a second time so as a blind person, I got lost. Thank you very much.
Hey kristen! I have noticed that when i knit purl, the wrong side of the purling shows up on the right side of my work, do you know how to prevent that??

Great video. I like the way you show the written pattern on the screen as you are working the pattern, and the speed is perfect.
