Hey Kristen!! How are you doing???? 😘 I would like to give you a knitting suggestion for a finished edge. You have to slip the first stich knit wise in the right side and the first stich purlwise in the wrong side. By doing so it creates a braid look on the edges. Please do demonstrate to other studio knitters. Love and care from uae😘😘😘

Question: If I wanted to make a full scarf with this, what style border would you recommend? Garter is my usual go-to, would I just cast on whatever number of stitches that I wanted at the end?
Tried twice to get this. Rows are just not coming out. I'm using US 13 needles so I wonder if that is what is making the rows not forming the design.
I’m having exactly the same problem. I’m knitting squares for a blanket. And the pattern isn’t working for me either.

i think row three is where the problem starts... are you sure it isn't K1 P2 K1 P2. Because if you strictly follow the asterix strictly it would be K1 P2 K1 K1 P2 K1. It is very confusing

Thank you for this pattern. Making a scarf for my father-in-law and was wondering if the pattern will still show up nicely if I’m not using a solid yarn. And also, when I get to the desired length, should my last row be row #8in the repeat? And then should I do a regular bind-off to finish? Thank you!

What a lovely pattern! I think I’d like to knit a blanket, I wonder how many I should cast on?
I know how you can do a blanket--cast on and dont forget to count--the number of stitches you want for a pot holder--then multipy that times how wide you want a blanket to be--remember if you use bigger needles--you get a bigger finished product--also don't switch the needles -while making this project--once you started knitting--stick with the same size needles and yarn size--I hope this helps--
