I bought the cheapest 1080ti I could find on Kijiji through a website called GameKartel.ca and it was D.O.A. Lucky for me I actually came out ahead on this one! Just shows how you need to be so careful while shopping for used GPUs on local selling sites like Craiglist, Kijiji, Gumtree ect...
