@@timothyjn100 currently 2060 supers are worth about 650-800$ because of the scalping-pocalypse/ silicon shortage. So just having the graphics card out of that rig is worth it

Too... it is definitely one of those low quality RGB remote controls... but it doesn't matter they are useful.
I appreciate how they wrote G A M E S on the side panel so you don't forget what the PC is for. Whenever you may be tempted to use the PC for, say, doing your taxes, you can look at that side panel and then resolutely shake your head.

I think that the thermal paste splooged everywhere for a combination of reasons. The builder used too much, and during shipping the packaging was subjected to warm temperatures and the thermal paste just oozed everywhere whilst in shipping. I've seen something similar when ordering from China to UK.
The part selection is actually not that darn bad. I'm impressed.
The dead ram sticks though... and the thermal paste too.
Right? Something about this system left us quite impressed despite the dead RAM.

I picked up something similar at about $1200 in march, about the time of this video, though mine was from newegg. MSI with RTX 2060, i-7 11700f, 16gb Ballistix ram, 500gb M.2 SSD and a 1TB HDD, 650w gold rated power supply. Your system is actually not a bad pick up in that price range though. Getting a RTX GPU was expensive enough to almost make it worth picking up.

all you need to do to fix the radiator mounting issue is use some slightly longer 6-32 screws, it's just a standard screw thread.

Just for future reference there are translation apps that use your phones camera, basically you hold the camera over whatever text it is and it will appear through your phone screen as whatever your preferred language is and would help you navigate through that much easier if you ever come across something like this again! Its also very handy if you ever visit another country and need to read menu's or signs, or anything of the sort!
Hey Dawid, I'm a pro audio engineer and I have a suggestion to help clean up your audio. Roll off(high pass filter) your mic up to around 160hz, I have noticed you consistently have low end room reflections in your videos and after throwing a spectrum analyzer on it I can tell you the main frequency is 139hz, so setting your HPF around 160hz will ensure you don't have any unwanted low end in your voiceover track. Of course this is gonna depend on how the HPF in your program functions, and you may want/need to also add a notch EQ at 139hz with a very tight Q as frequencies below 160-170hz are generally unnecessary for voice tracks and actually just muddy up your track with unwanted signal. Hope these suggestions help, love the channel, keep up the great work!

I’d recommend getting an NZXT Starter prebuilt for a video. I have the plus version and it works completely fine and I think it will be good to have a system to show that not every prebuilt is horrible, you just have to find a trustworthy company.
The problem is the trustworthy makers sell at significantly over msrp, but in today's gpu starved world its the way. In any other market, just build your own.
The thermal paste on the case is actually very reassuring in that there was thermal compound existent in the factory this was built.
and also means that it has plenty of thermal paste so the heat sink will do it's thing and keep the cpu nice and cool

I'm surprised and impressed that it came with actual legit branded parts and not cheap knock-offs. I would've been pissed about the ram though as not all of us has a spare 16gb of Trideezy laying around. I'd imagine the Aliexpress returns and rma would be a f'n nightmare. I've never bought anything from there that was expensive enough to bother returning but have had a couple of refunds.

I've seen a similar case before, and it was designed to be in pieces while you put in components. Might not be the same here, but if it is then that would explain how awkward it was trying to do it while fully together.

Brake cleaner desolves thermal compound really well, cuz' the tcp is based on fat/oils. You just squirt it on the mobo with high pressure, and it flushes it right away. Alcohol does NOT dessolve it.

I'm using 2 Q and 2 D trident Z sticks. Manufacture's just buy the quad kit to save cash and split them, they are identical.

My tuf B550 5600x had ram issues when first booting, it didn’t like my trident Z but after a bios update all is good.. all 32gb 3800 CL14 works great

that's cause their RTX 3060 has proper cooling instead of Dells joke cooling on their RTX 3070 which is thermal throttling to perform under a 3060 Dell made to run as hot and slow as possible🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Did you test the ram on another system? It is possible the mobo needs a bios update.
The trouble with buying from Ailexpress or Amazon or similar is that if you search for a item you will find a 100s of auctions for it. Now this dosnt mean that there actually is 100 of sellers having huge stores storing the same 100.000 items, but just that there is 100s of people living near Shenzhen & just copies each other auction items & list them as their own. Trouble is when you get something silly expensive like this that they really didnt think that anyone would actually buy. Thus has to buy the parts & build it themselves getting a helping hand from inexperience uncle Wong who actually watched a Verge video on how to build pcs.
MSI RTX 2060 OC V is actually a good card for its price . it was the last part I needed and was available. I was told to wait by several people because to 3000 series was almost out but I bought it because I couldn't wait then boom COVID19 hit and no one was upgrading anymore and I came out with a finished Custom PC. This video Helps me out a lot now that I build custom and budget PC's for a lot of people around my community and have plans on designing my own pc with what I think is a catchy name but I hate half assers and this video taught me a lot on what to avoid in this fun hobby. lol
