I am so glad that you included Marie in your discussion about another dog and face timed her so she could see him. All 3 of you will absolutely love and spoil him
The best advice I received from my vet after our first beloved dog passed of cancer was, "Everyone gets ONE perfect dog. Do not place unrealistic expectations onto your next dog." It was very helpful for us, since we thought our first dog was "perfect". Of course, what we've realized since then, and nine years into having our second dog, is that every dog is special, and dare I say perfect, in their own unique way. We love our current dog just as much as our first. But it was still very helpful to hear the wise words from our vet. Sending you all so much love.
The best and worst thing that happened to me as a child was having and losing more than one pet....yes, it is heartbreaking, but you learn a lot of life lessons at a young age....yes, each of my cats, dogs, horses, birds have been "perfect" (in their own special way, kinda like people). And like people, you can never replace, but there is always room for more love.
As happy as it is to have this new addition - my experience with our breeder was we had to meet several times, see the puppies in situ with their mama, in a way be vetted by the breeder. Your steps seem very quick wirh the addition of getting a pet passport and having the paperwork sorted. My experience questions the breeder just dropping the dog at the airport...but maybe thats just me. Take care of the sweet pup and as many comments say dont let him do the stairs until much older so his joints as stronger.
Same here. When I was about to get my first dog I visited the breeder's house several times. She had questions like: where will the dog live, will he be left alone for a long time, do I have any experience with the breed etc etc. She also allowed us some time with the puppies to see if me and my future fur friend get along. Every animal has a personality, it's not an object but living creature after all. She also gave me many useful tips. The breeder from this video seems to be selling dogs like handbags which is worrying. Animals from breeders with questionable practices also tend to have all kinds of health issues. Anyways, I really hope this is not the case. I'd just be much more careful.
@MakeUpWitch yes thanks for the comment. I kept thinking did the pup have puppy pads in the hotel room to do a pee, I was a bit surprised at the peanut treat for the wee one and going on the plane was there water etc etc. It's not my call as its not my animal but I question the breeder' credentials dropping the pup at the airport to people he doesn't know and the whole organising the pet passport so fast also doesn't sit well with me.
Lancelot loved other dogs. He'd approve totally. He was a bright star that burned out too soon but left a brilliant light for this little one to follow.
Omgosh, I’m crying such happy tears of joy. 🎉 He will be so so loved because everyone will see Lancelots, bright light shining within him as well!! Welcome home sweet baby boy!❤
I hope you will register him with a local vet asap to get him checked over, he certainly looks young much younger than Lancelot did. Listen to the advice they are small dogs with tiny bones, treat him like very precious porcelain and not a toy. Long may he have a happy life at Chateau de Lalande.
@loulabelle4889 They need to take a puppy parent course. I'm sorry, I know she was upset at at Lancelot death but they both don't understand how to look after animals. He's not a accessory. I have seen so many vlogs where Lancelot was crying to go potty and they dismissed him as seeking attention
Congratulations 🍾! When you got Lancelot it inspired me to finally get a puppy after waiting 9 years since my beloved dachshund passed. I got my new puppy in February and watched today’s video with him in my lap. My eyes were filled with happy tears to see you get precious Galahad! ❤
I was so afraid to watch this and my heart had been weeping for you at the loss of our sweetest Lancelot. I was also ill, in hospital and since then in two nursing.facilities. But I was ready to meet the new young fellow and he is beyond delightful, wonderful, and it was meant to be. I like to think that Lancelot was there with you in spirit and could just imagine him down in his puppy play position welcoming Galahad out of the carrier. I cried along with you both and with Marie as she got first sight of him, the sweet little man. I am again smitten. I would love to have a Prague Ratter--I wonder if they're related to Whippets and Miniature Pinschers? Galahad is so very precious and adorable, definitely his own Little Man with hus own personality. Sending love to you all with warm heart... 🙏🏼🌷🐾💗🐾🌷🙏🏼
This is the 1st time I’ve commented before even watching the vlog but as a dog mom I know the heartbreak of loosing your fur baby and the healing power of sharing your love with another. Lancelot will live in all our hearts forever and he has opened the door to many more sweet pups helping share the life love and laughter of La Lande ❤
My heart just melted, welcome to your new home little one ♥He's so sweet and adorable and will be loved by so many, I'm so glad you got him. With small dogs you have to be really careful with so many things (when I got my first small dog puppy my breeder told me not to lift my feet of the floor but to shuffle because very tiny puppies can be injured by stepping on them (and because they are everywhere as they are so lively) and also be very careful how and when you sit down and not to injure them) but one of the most important things is who you let them play with. Please be careful with bigger dogs. Even though bigger dogs can be friendly the play might get too rough and it can be just a little thing like a paw slap that can injure your little dog really badly. Your tiny little dog is like a twig compared to a larger dog. That's why in dog play areas there are separate areas for small and big dogs, because it can get too rough for small dogs and they must be protected. You really have to protect him and be critical about this. That's why it would be good if you'd get him a small doggie friend that Gallahan can play freely with and that'd mean another pragger please ♥🤩😍 My heart was sinking when I was watching Lancelot playing with the gardeners dogs because they were too rough with him. Sorry to say this but the gardener should understand not to bring her dogs with her even though her dogs seemed friendly but the crazy running is too much. Amary's lab seemed like a cool, calm and safe dog to be around. A small dog can only play rough with his own size and you should never be shy to tell someone if you feel uncertain for your dog's safety and wellbeing, you are his parents ♥ Congratulations on your new baby, he is very precious ♥
I had my kitty Daphne for 15 years when she passed from cancer. She was my buddy and my pal as well as my constant companion. I cried for weeks. Unfortunately, I let the immense feeling of hear break cloud my judgement for five years. I just couldn't picture another kitty in her spots. I would go weekly to the animal shelter to look at the kittens/cats and pet them, but I couldn't open my heart to let one come home with me. Finally, after five years, one of the workers told me of a mother cat and her newborns that were left overnight at the front of the shelter in a plastic bin. Whoever left them put the bin top on so by the time the workers arrived the next morning and opened it, the kittens were literally gasping for breath. All but one baby survived. They nursed the rest and fostered them out with the exception of what was the runt of the babies that the mother was extremely protective of. I took one look at them in their cage, and I knew I had to bring them both home with me. Then I suddenly felt so guilty and ashamed of myself. I thought about all the cats and dogs in the shelter, and because of my inability to get past my grief, I didn't give a pet a home it deserved sooner. I will never wait that long again to adopt. When we lose a pet, it's difficult and heartbreaking, but there is another pet at the shelter who would love to comfort you and help you through the grief. I'm so happy you are able to give another lovely pup a home and love so soon. There's no reason not to. We'll all always love Lancelot. And we'll love your new fur baby just as much. Love to you all at La Lande.
We had a cat for 18 yrs and it took us a long time as well, but I would look online everyday, and ask my husband if he liked this one or that one, and he said " No, he did not feel anything about it" ) He loved our other 'baby cat' so much too! Then oen day i called him again to the computer to look at a cat at the shelter and not really a kitten she was about 6 yrs old, and he looked and said " Yes!" I looked at him and said "Yes?" I could not beleive it! I frightened me for a minute as I wa not sure I was ready really, as I loved our "Baby" so much and no one could ever take her place i my heat! Well it was 'Fathers Day' and we went and got her, and she seems to love my husband the best, and he says " 'She is my kitty , you know" Being funny.. so he thinks.. but when he is not looking, she is right by me and making over me! She will not sit on your lap or anything as this, but will come close and loves people who visit and comes over to say hello, so it seems, and then goes off to do her own things. But she loves to be with us and when anyone "cooks: she wants to watch and turn' upside down! ' She thinks that is how you cook best!( Lays on her back with legs up in air!) She just does it to get attention, and have you laugh at her. It is funny how they can truly just enter your heart and be part of the family and they all though do have their own personalities! This cat we named Figi as the shelter had named her Figaro and this is a female, not a male, and so we shortened it and sometimes do forget myself though and calling her'' Baby,'' so I then combine both, calling her Baby Figi ! She stil; answers! Can totally understand how you waited though as it is very hard often, to take that step again. No one wants their heart broken. Then you find a way to heal, sooner or later!
@@carolweaver3269 That is a beautiful story. I know the feeling of being a cats favorite. The mama seems to absolutely love me and the baby (she's 8 now) absolutely loves my partner. The mama's name is "The Lady Eugenia Isabella Underfoot" and the baby is "Princess Theodora Esmeralda Underfoot". The groomers at the kitty spa get a kick out of that and actually call them by their complete names. My cats LOVE water and love being shampooed. The baby loves the blow dryer and mama tolerates it. But they love the every third month spa day. As it's so hot in L.A. right now, they are really happy being turned into short-hairs as they are naturally super fluffy. They stay that way during the winter months. After 9 years, I know when the time comes, I will be completely heartbroken again, but I won't wait more than a week to find another fur baby that needs a home. Maybe THREE next time!!!!
I couldn’t agree more. He needs to be in a calm place. He is not a play thing and as such should not be made to appear as such. Take advice and learn how to handle the pup especially as neither of you have had a dog before. Pedigree dogs are far more sensitive than rescue dogs or a bitzer. Study his diet too as their tummies are vulnerable and this will take time. Sorry to sound a bit harsh but I think you need the truth. He is an adorable little chap and is worth every effort to get it right.
Agree with you. I hope they all don't give him cheap treats which are full of rubbish and so bad for dogs. Keep him safe and by you when walking him. Also anyone else that will walk him! He is small never forget that. He can still be a Dog and have a beautiful life. He is lovely and I'm so happy for you both 😊

Good for you 🎉 Now, I come from a veterinarian family. Please take Galahad to a GOOD vet for a complete blood, urine, and parasite screening. It will be good for him and give you peace of mind. ❤. EDIT: Even if he was checked before you left Prague, please have him re-checked in France. And get him microchipped.

The best way to honor a dog one has loved and lost is to share that love with another dog who deserves to be loved. May you each be blessed with your new adoption, and may he live a long and joyous life.
Look at that precious little baby! I'm emotional, I know how big this is. It's so hard to lose a furbaby, and there's alwaysa hesitation about a successor, but then you meet the ONE and you know there's place in your heart for a new love. It's Lancelots legacy, he opened your hearts. Welcome baby Galahad! You have a wonderful life ahead of you, and a whole living household waiting to love on you! Congratulations Philip and Stephanie, and best wishes for your birthday Stephanie! ❤❤❤
Ho absolutely precious--and seeing the immediate love and delight in Phillip's, Marie's, and your eyes made me cry! Lancelot is approving and wagging his little tail in doggy heaven.

So very happy for you both! Getting another pup is just allowing your heart to grow and let in more love. Galahad is beautiful. Enjoy every minute with your new baby.
I am crying tears of happiness for you two. The chateau seemed so empty without your sweet pup. I cant wait to see Marie welcome her sweet companion. Maybe Galahad could use a little brother.
Ohhh He is such a sweetheart!!! Congratulations on Baby Galahad! He will be a beautiful comfort to you both♥🐾❤ We have only had Doberman Pinchers for the last 30 years and each one has been very different and yet each one perfect! to me! We are sooooo happy for you!!! I do believe having another pup is the best comfort at these times. He is absolutely precious! Love & Prayers Raven❤🐾❤
When our first rescue dog passed away I was bereft, the worst pain I had ever felt. Finding our second rescue dog was the best thing we ever did .. & I’m not sure who rescued who more ☺️ Lancelot will never be forgotten & I hope this new little pup will help mend your broken hearts 🐾💕
@@MsRandikay Thats wonderful ☺️ Ours is a dachshund cross, we think! We have four dogs in our family .. all rescues. It’s manic & crazy but we love them to the moon & back 🐾🥰
The healing power of unconditional love from a sweet little creature like Sir Galahad is exactly what you all needed. Well done! That darling little puppy is officially the luckiest dog in the world. Congratulations!! 😍🥰😘💖✨
I think after our first dog goes over the Rainbow Bridge it’s common for us to believe that we’ll never love another dog like we loved this one. Then this wonderful miracle happens and we realize our capacity to love has expanded and we love this new little one with all of our heart as well. Congratulations!! Wishing you all a long lifetime of happiness together.
I’m so glad you didn’t wait to get a new baby! Your heart knows when the time is right. We had to put our yellow lab Argo put to sleep last November 15th and we adopted our new boy Ridge who is a Newfie/ golden crossNovember 28th. We were told it was to soon but we all missed the sound of nails clicking in the floor and I missed my shadow who went every where with me and kept me company when everyone in the house was working and at school. So we saved another life as all our dogs are rescued♥️. So happy to see you all so happy to have Galahad, he will never take Lancelot place but just make your hearts grow with even more love♥️
The same week you lost Lancelot, I too lost a beloved pet of a lifetime, also very suddenly, and grieved with you. I spent today struggling with the same issues you voiced in this video -- the grief that comes in unexpected waves, wondering if it's too soon to open my heart again, fearing that I'm trying to replace the one I lost. In the midst of this, I watched this video. Just as you saw the signs for Galahad, I'm seeing this video as a sign. I've just said yes to a new four-legged family member. We grieved together. We'll heal together. Thank you!
Tears came into my eyes when I saw Galahad for the first time. When he went nose to nose with Philip, it was so sweet. I am happy for you both with your new puppy. He will fall in love with you both and everyone at le Château. In turn, it will be mutual. Thank you for sharing these wonderful moments. Chuck in Northern New England
How precious! When we lose a pet, it leaves a hole in the heart that only another pet can fill. So thrilled you faced the “too soon” fear and overcame it. ❤
Stephanie, I once got a West Highland White Terrier puppy. I picked her up about an hour away from where I lived. Took her to PetsMart to get some supplies and drove her home. She did not make a peep the entire time.I had observed her with her parents, a brother from another litter, and a male littermate along with their human family. The kids were playing with her while her little brother hid under a car in the carport. So it wasn't that she was not outgoing. I thought maybe that the dog didn't bark. But she soon found her voice, and what a voice it was. She had the bark of a dog much larger than she was. I have already seen the next video and it seems that Galahad is very extroverted and bold, so no worries on that account. Lancelot to me seemed more timid, but that is just my impression from seeing him in the vlogs.
I'm delighted and happy for you - and all of LaLande. What a precious baby he is. I'm so glad you didn't wait. Trust me, the new little one will help you heal faster. Congratulations.
That’s the beauty of love- it is infinite. You will continue to love Lancelot’s memory and have enough love for more wonderful pups. Congratulations! Sir Gallahad is adorable.
I'm sure the popularity of Prague ratters has gone up by alot because of sweet Sir Lancelot, and will continue to rise because of the adorable Sir Galahad 😊 So cute, when he touched noses with Phillip 😂
@@hollykeller1545 Well I guess she is... though I'm not one easily influenced. So I like to think. But... I ended up binge watching A Good Girl's Guide to Murder after she talked about watching the final episode, earlier this week! (It was definitely bingeworthy!)
I've lost dogs before and your heart lets you know when you are ready for another. Each dog is different and irreplaceable but I have loved them all immensely. The joy they bring into my life is always grand and beautiful.
So happy for you, Philip and all of your LaLand family. Sir Galahad can never replace Sir Lancelot but he will bring joy and love back to your hearts. We picked up a new puppy the day after we lost our puppy and it was the best medicine for us all.
Awesome!!!! I watched your channel now for a few years. I never thought losing Lancelot would have affected me so far away in America did! I am trilled to see this new pup and your adventures with him! Congradulations!
So glad you got another dog..we lost two of our dogs in one month and immediately rescued another..we’ve learn after losing a dog, the heart fills faster if you get another dog as soon as possible that you can love
Too true. Especially true for all the little rescue fur babies who do not have long to wait for a forever home, before their lives are taken from them.
What a cute baby! As an owner of small creatures, many in my lifetime, my advice would be to avoid the plastic toys, any bones, and rawhide. Much happiness with the little one. 🐕
Oh, joy! So happy for all of you and for Sir Galahad, this new little Prince of the Chateau to help your hearts heal, while in his own unique way, always honor the memory of Sir Lancelot, who I will never, ever forget. I think Lancelot would highly approve! Also, so thrilled that this will be a very happy birthday for you, Stephanie😊
I am so grateful for people who don’t let the incredible heartbreak of losing a dog scare the.mm from welcoming another one in the future!!! So many good dogs die everyday in shelters and the more we adopt the better all our lives are!! And dogs rule and I’m just thrilled for anyone who chooses to live and love among dogs. I’m happy for you.
Galahad’s New Beginning When Lancelot’s paws left tender prints On hearts that held him dear, A quiet void, a whispered ache, Lingered through each passing year. But then came Galahad, small and bright, With eyes of endless light, Not to replace what once was lost, But to bring new joy, new flight. In the space where Lancelot played, Galahad now gently steps, A new place for love to grow, Where old and new are kept. He fills the home with playful grace, A spirit bold and free, Reminding us that love expands, As wide as hearts can see. For in his bark, a different song, Yet echoes of the past, A bridge between the then and now, A bond that’s built to last. Not a shadow, but a flame, That warms the hand and heart, Galahad, with gentle paws, Makes a brand-new start.
I lnew it ! I could just feel another dog coming and here he is!!! I am so happy to meet Galahad; what an amazingly appropriate name and I am totally head over heels in puppy love ❤ Much kisses 💋💋 and hugs to the newest family member and I can hardly wait for him to meet everyone!
I'm not allergic, but I'm not a dog person (not walking a dog in a blizzard or thunderstorm-lol), but I'm so happy for them and the dog will be so loved. Dogs are great, when they're someone else's to take care of. lol I'm def. more a cat person.
Just remember, treat him well, hes not a toy and not for content! Also a tad concerned. Did you see him with his Mum, do you know his provenance. Any inherited traits! Please tell me you didnt phone some random and meet a man off a train and buy him. Its so silly if you did. Had he had his first injection etc. Every dog we had, we met the breeder asked lots of question, met the Mum and so much more.....😮

Good decision …this little guy will enhance your perfect memories of Lancelot!!! You did all the right things taking care of Lancelots illness and stepping out on your beautiful gardens will once again be a total delight as you watch this new pup romp and explore!!❤❤
There will never be a right time to get another dog after what u have been through , i think u very brave but its also wonderful too , we are all lucky that we have time , time to Greve and time to share our love again . The little Pup is beautiful , i can see a bit of Lancelot in him but he have his own cute nature too . Hugs on to u both and can not wait to see this very cute , Galahad and his new life at the Chateau . 🥰😘🐕
I lost my gs in December and have been broken hearted. Now, a mini Aussie just fell into our laps. I couldn’t be more in love. I’m so happy for you!!! ❤️
dying! this is amazing!!!! We made it all of 4 days after our first amazing doggie passed. I get the mixed emotions but I have not doubt you will be content and filled to the brim with love instantly! Congrats!
The world is watching the new arrival at Chateau Lalande none other than Sir Galahad!! I'm so delighted to see Philip with tears rolling down his face! I had tears rolling down mine as well. Sir Galahad you are in for the treat of a lifetime of fans, fame, fortune and unconditional love from around the world!! Enjoy your royal role!!! Love from Louisiana, USA!!!!
This is the best news! 🥰SO happy for you, Stephanie & Philip - and also Marie and everyone else at LaLande! Galahad is going to have such a beautiful and happy life in the loveliest of homes, and with such loving parents and family. Lancelot is forever in so many hearts all around the world, and his memory is alive and well! And it iwill be such wonderful fun to see who Galahad is, and who blossoms into under all of your love, and what antics he gets into on the vlogs. Wishing you all the best of everything as you start on your new life's adventure with Sir Galahad - Lancelot's lovely successor! I believe he's in puppy Heaven playing with all of his new toys and watching over you lovingly, and he is so happy to see you now with Galahad to help make you happy too. God brings about good in all situations - especially the bad and sad ones.💖 Truly, there couldn't be luckier and more blessed pooches than the ones adopted by you and yours at LaLande.🥰 Love seeing Philip and Marie so happy w/Galahad! Love the toy selection for Galahad - the champagne is the cutest welcome present to France! Yay! 💫💖🥰
I'm so happy for the LaLande family and especially for its' newest member Galahad! You're so blessed to have each other. I was bawling tears of joy when Gala started brightening up and giving Philip little "kisses". My puppy Lucy was squealing her joy at her new video friend. I'm so proud of you opening your hearts this way. I didn't comment that day but I absolutely thought the same thing when you read that passage. Just ecstatic and thank you for sharing with us.
Stephanie and Phillip, Galahad is lovely and I am sure Lancelot will approve that you got Galahad as Galahad will be loved just as much as you loved Lancelot. I am pleased you included Marie in your chat about getting another dog and she was so happy that you showed her over the phone Galahad that was very sweet of you both. Can not wait to see you return to La lande and see every ones reaction. Have a safe trip home.
So so adorable and looks like Lancelot. How I've missed your little boy. Galahad looks timid but will probably turn into a hells angel in no time😊 Wishing you many happy years and adventures together.
You can never replace your Lancelot but opening your heart for another dog is a good thing. Stephanie and Philip, no matter how many dogs you have in a lifetime....no two are alike...each is its own special soul, never to be repeated. I'm so happy for the Lalande family and its' newest member Sir Galahad! I am so happy for you both.
Like you I wasn't sure about another dog...but when I saw Stanley the tiny puppy I cried 😢 I new this is what i needed, the love in my heart ♥️ had to go somewhere. Love to you all xxxx
Yay! I'm so so happy for you all. I'm in tears. I certainly have been in your shoes before. apprehensive and elated at the same time. One day at a time.
Soon as you said Prague I KNEW you were getting a dog! I’m SO glad, like I’ve said many times since you lost Lancelot that the only way I can move on is to give another dog a wonderful life!
Congratulations! Lancelot sent you a love puppy because you made his life extraordinary ❤ Happy Birthday, Stephanie! Welcome home, Sir Galahad! ~Terri & Colin 😊
Congratulations!! I´m so happy for you both!! Getting a new puppy is the best thing you could do. And don´t be afraid, one dogs doesn´t substitute the other, both little dogs will live in your hearts and enjoy all your happiness. He is beautiful!! I´m in love with those big ears!! Poor little thing he seems a bit scared (understandable), but with all your love and hugs he will be so happy.
OMG! You DID it!!! I am so familiar with the mixed emotions but I do believe in the universe giving us signs. I'm so happy for you Stephanie, Philip, Marie AND all the Lalanders who will give and get the love from little Sir Galahad! Blessing to you all!
Yay!! Lancelot would be so pleased you're bringing Galahad home. Proud of you both. Love how everyone else at Lalande is looking forward to the wee pup coming home. Love to all and gentle scritches for the puppy.
I am wondering if it was the rough play with the larger busting dogs that cracked Lancelot’s rib that cause his punctured lung. I read up on Prague Ratters and they recommended they may not be suitable for families with young children since they are a bit fragile due to their small size.
I’m so happy for all of you! Sir Galahad is so blessed to be adopted into such a loving family! I believe Lancelot is rejoicing and may have even sent the little guy your way!!❤
Love you are brave enough to try this again. lol about the “dog deal” issue. Love the name and even a bit of advice from a lover of pets. They have shorter lives depending on animal. Sometimes they get to our hearts so deeply it allows us to experience the passing of our love for them and their wonderful experiences in a very happy world. So pleased about this.
Stephanie..... no matter how many dogs you have in a lifetime....no 2 are alike.....each is it's own special soul, never to be repeated.
We have 10 Chua chua chua dogs all are related but not 1 has the same character. 1 dog our favorite made babies but not 1 has the character then papa.
Little Galahad is such a gem. I'm sure he will be loved as much as Lancelot! Enjoy this new journey💕
I am so glad that you included Marie in your discussion about another dog and face timed her so she could see him. All 3 of you will absolutely love and spoil him
Absolutely.
Don’t forget Mommy! ❤She will absolutely fall in love with this little sweet thing.
I started to cry watching Marie on FaceTime
So happy for all! You can never replace your Lancelot but opening your heart for another dog is a very good thing
Lancelot was so precious and much loved around the world. He will be beyond missed. Welcome to your new home Galahad .
I am so glad you included Marie in the conversation. Congratulations so excited for you all. Welcome puppy😊😊
That’s the best message, thanks 🙏
Wise words,
Did you replace your dog as quick as these 2 did?
The best and worst thing that happened to me as a child was having and losing more than one pet....yes, it is heartbreaking, but you learn a lot of life lessons at a young age....yes, each of my cats, dogs, horses, birds have been "perfect" (in their own special way, kinda like people). And like people, you can never replace, but there is always room for more love.
I have had many ‘perfect’ dogs. In fact right now, I have one snuggled up next to me.
I have some of the same concerns. Glad I am not the only one.
It doesn’t make a lot of sense to me either..

I'm so happy for your family. Pets leave such large holes in our lives when they leave, and until that time, they bring such joy
Lancelot loved other dogs. He'd approve totally. He was a bright star that burned out too soon but left a brilliant light for this little one to follow.
❤
So beautifully said.
Omgosh, I’m crying such happy tears of joy. 🎉 He will be so so loved because everyone will see Lancelots, bright light shining within him as well!! Welcome home sweet baby boy!❤

I cried my eyes out. I’m so glad little Galahad has arrived. ❤ Tomorrow is going to be a 🎉party!
I hope you will register him with a local vet asap to get him checked over, he certainly looks young much younger than Lancelot did. Listen to the advice they are small dogs with tiny bones, treat him like very precious porcelain and not a toy. Long may he have a happy life at Chateau de Lalande.
I have concerns about the whole handing over at the airport….

I miss him too but very happy to see this.

That’s so eloquently written and true. 🐾❤️
I knew it! I knew you would get another dog and I knew he would be Galahad. 👏🏼👏🏼
Life lesson learned! I understand completely! We need to remind ourselves, "Love is a renewable resource!" Thank goodness!

@@donnaschmink1801 well said ❤
We had a cat for 18 yrs and it took us a long time as well, but I would look online everyday, and ask my husband if he liked this one or that one, and he said " No, he did not feel anything about it" ) He loved our other 'baby cat' so much too!
He is lovely and I'm so happy for you both 😊
im shocked she keeps going to breeders when there are so many rescues in her area and purebreds have much more health issues

Thank you!

Galahad’s New Beginning
When Lancelot’s paws left tender prints
On hearts that held him dear,
A quiet void, a whispered ache,
Lingered through each passing year.
But then came Galahad, small and bright,
With eyes of endless light,
Not to replace what once was lost,
But to bring new joy, new flight.
In the space where Lancelot played,
Galahad now gently steps,
A new place for love to grow,
Where old and new are kept.
He fills the home with playful grace,
A spirit bold and free,
Reminding us that love expands,
As wide as hearts can see.
For in his bark, a different song,
Yet echoes of the past,
A bridge between the then and now,
A bond that’s built to last.
Not a shadow, but a flame,
That warms the hand and heart,
Galahad, with gentle paws,
Makes a brand-new start.
Wow, hopefully Stephanie and Philip see this poem!
That's so beautiful, thank you! ❤️

How wonderful that you've gotten Sir Galahad. When he kissed Phillips nose l cried. Happy Birthday Stephanie.😊
I am wondering if it was the rough play with the larger busting dogs that cracked Lancelot’s rib that cause his punctured lung. I read up on Prague Ratters and they recommended they may not be suitable for families with young children since they are a bit fragile due to their small size.
It was something that happened away from home, he wasn't around other dogs at the time. If he broke a rib he'd be noticeably crying about it
I’m so happy for all of you! Sir Galahad is so blessed to be adopted into such a loving family! I believe Lancelot is rejoicing and may have even sent the little guy your way!!❤
Congratulations on Sir Galahad joining the family! This is so joyful and I cried through most of the video.
This little fella is going to be so special! Just like all of all the little blessed pets all of your followers have🙂
