Is there a difference between the AA Prestige A3 and the Prestige A3. I was going to order the bundle and noticed one says AA and the one in the bundle does not. Just wanted to make sure in case there is a difference. Thank you :)
Hello, they are the same printer! The bundle listing title was shortened for space but the AA is still in the bundle SKU.
What very specifically do you recommend for ink? Like specific name of the ink please so I don’t get the wrong one

My side hustle is exactly that, a side hustle. I only print on the weekends, how much trouble am I going to have letting the printer sit 5 to 6 days a week between prints?
Hello, with this printer we advise the recommended maintenance schedule for proper functionality upon purchase. Whether you are printing transfers or not as long as you are not neglecting the maintenance schedule your machine should be just fine!

Is the powder station in this printer or do you have to do it separately and do you have to bake them or is ready for the material when it comes out of the printer?
Hello, this printer produces the images only onto the film - does not powder the print. After the machine produces the prints the user must apply the powder adhesive and cure it onto the wet ink with a heat source such as oven, dryer or heat press

I have issues with my final print not coming out of the machine. I have to turn it off and then back on and it will advance it out. What am I doing wrong?? I can’t even use the enter and exit buttons when it is finished printing.

How long does it take to print an A3 sheet?
Hello, print time can vary depending on resolution and size of graphic. For a full coverage A3 size we estimate around 15 min with this machine
There is a video for you on this channel in which there is a comparison between the speed of three printers. The speed of this printer was 15 minutes for a small design, and now you says that the speed is 7 minutes for an A3 size design.

I purchased the Prestige A3 Bundle 2 weeks ago. I cannot get any help with issues I'm having. I have reached out to PerfectPress who I purchased from who sent me to AA Print Supply who advised me someone from DTF Station would be in touch. RIght now I have spent $5000 and cannot print a decent transfer. Mind yopu it did print 12 good transfer but has gone downhill since. I need some help.

How “stretchy” are the prints?
These transfers have a LOT of give. I would rate the stretchability to be comparable with direct to garment printing

Hello, the printer is manufactured in China, but is QC'd domestically and all warranty/support of the DTF Station line of products in handled in the US.

Hello, I learned the direct to film process drying my prints with the adhesive powder using just a heat press but an oven is a great way to increase efficiency with your direct to film production

If you will order from American Supply have in consideration that they will "TEST" your machine for at least 5 weeks before sending it to you, probably longer if the shipment from China to their warehouse is delayed, I mean "testing", did I said shipment from China? I had to cancel my order because they are so afraid of their own product will fail that have test it for more than a month...
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry your experience did not match your initial expectations when ordering the Prestige. It is an instance that is a result of the high volume of orders we have received for this printer and our ability to complete our QC testing prior to shipping. Although it has taken a bit longer than we expected to complete the QC testing of the printers we have orders for, we want to assure that our customers receive a fully tested and quality checked printer. We are in the process of improving our testing approach so I can assure you we'll do better in the near future.
@@AAPrintSupplyCo Probably you should mention your "lack of ability" before making a sale (you do not delay payment). We lost 2 customers because we weren't able to fulfill their orders on time, I gave them a 2 weeks turnaround 'cause the first time I called your customer service I was told the machine would be here by that time. I already purchased the same exactly machine from Amazon, (different brand tag) 7 days to arrive, so for sure I will still buying supplies from you, but we'll never be compensated for those customers we already lost.

So is it the L1800 toy never answer it.
Hello, to say the Prestige A3+ is the L1800 would not be accurate with the features included. Mainly the white ink management (circulation/agitation). That being said, the L1800 is a popular chassis used for many direct to film builds. Additionally, warranty and technical support separate this machine further just being a L1800

The included factory warranty covers the print head and all components of the machine. Extended warranty plan provides additional coverage for an extra 2 or 4 years
