I really need your guys help this is one of the best video's that has been helpful to me , but now I can't remember where the 5 cable cords go on my Enjoy color L805 dtf printer I was cleaning the print head and the cable came off and the end of it messed up so I had to order another one and now I can't find any help or video's please help if you can????
If the print head is bad will it cause the power button on the front not to come on? I cleaned the printhead and put it back together. It came on briefly, then had red bing lights then nothing after i turned it off and back on
Hey Kim and Garrett , I truly understand what you guys went through, I got the same machine and have talked to the engineer in china , I also had to change out the motherboard, cables and 3 printer heads , what would like to know the old print head, can they be unclogged, bc $360 is a freaking a lot of money. To keep replacing, that white ink is no joke

I had to figure it out on my own.. everywhere I asked they wanted to charge me.. I had to remove the carriage bar.. and underneath the carriage was the where I had to connect the cable.
do ya work on the dtf machines dp yall have a shop , i got mine working but now the white ink sensor fails to reconigze ink. can you help me , which cable can i replace to get the ink to work?
What would be different reasons to replace the ribbon besides this reason? I have something wrong with my printer and one of the only things I didn't try yet was to replace my cables. It prints, but not correctly. The hue and colors are insanely off. Is the customer service place you called American based and would they help someone that didn't buy their printer from them? Id be willing to pay.
Hey guys, I have looked and searched and I cannot figure out the controls on the right hand side of the printer it has numbers, but is there a certain set certain settings that I need to make the shaker work properly
My printer stopped working after print head change and small nozzle check , I found that cable connection is old and busted but printer lost power and now I can hear tiny beeping sound , I checked back plate for fuse and it’s fine but still hearing this sound and not sure what to do next , can you guys help me work it out

I would suck out a bit of that air on those lines first before doing any head cleaning to prevent damaging the new head with those gaps of air running through the printhead

Check the belts and try turning it on and when you hear the head release, unplug it. Then move the head to the middle, plug it in and turn it on. This worked for our sublimation printer that had this issue.

I bought this punehod like the one in this video from a girl offline and when I went to replace the printhead my new Epson L1800 printhead the printhead cable is too big to fit in the cable that came with the printer? How can a L1800 printhead have a different size cable opening on the printhead than my other L1800? Where do I buy the printhead for the Punehod printer? No one ever shows the cable openings in their pics for the printheads and I don't want to buy another one and get the same one.....

Have you guys ever had issues with your white ink being tooooo thick? Clogging the printhead print after print despite daily maintenance and regular cleaning?
I was flushing my print head and didn't turn off printer as well. I also took out the print head and then reinstalled it. The red light is staying solid. Does that mean I fried it? Thanks

I had the same issue. I replace the dampers, it was like $15 and then 15 minutes.
