Robert Redford has always been a class act and a man of integrity
I had the opportunity to meet Robert Redford in Palm Springs many years ago. A case of right place, right time and with the right people. I'm not sure what i expected but he was the most down to earth, intelligent and deep thinking man I'd met in a long time. Not to mention he's also a perfect gentleman whose kindness runs to his core. Just an amazing man.
Betty White was once asked if there was anything in her life that she wish she had done, she replied"Yes Robert Redford"
I would imagine Redford wouldn't want White, cause she doesn't have class. She's basically a woman that enjoys talking trash. I've never seen Redford talking trash, he's a cut above doing such.

I had the honor of meeting mr.Redford and his family in 1979..what I remember the most is his calm /gracious presence.. he had a very large family..I couldn't help thinking to myself at the time ..wow..he's just a man..a dad..a husband....in this world beauty is all around us to be embraced every moment....Mr.Redford has brought us some of the most amazing nature scenes ever!!thank you sir...Great interview!!!

A man that practiced integrity even in his youth when he didn’t have to. It’s just his way. Intelligent passionate, one of a kind: Robert Redford. His name is iconic. He’s an American master. One of the best things to come out of US.

His mind , spirit is of a reflective young man. He’s much more open now than when he was younger. No one ever has gossiped about him - he appeals to our higher selves because he behaves in a manner that respects his own dignity without being haughty or judgmental. Women want him and men want to be like him. He is ego - less . He’s never sought attention living away from Hollywood , surrounded by adoring fans . Ordinary people shows what kind of man he is, how he told it.

I've always enjoyed Robert Redford movies. He's always had great characters he played and played well with those acting with him. He had great chemistry with each one of them. I got a kick out of the interview that he and Barbra Streisand did together where she talked for him!

He's a wise man. It really highlights something we miss. Marking time is literally marking your years off and this is why he looks so young. He doesn't get nostalgic but is pushed into it by those identifying with a past when it no longer exists. He sounds like a now man. 😍
I've always liked Robert Redford, first for his films and now for what he's doing on climate change and the environment and of course for the great man he is.

He thinks a question logically through. He answers quite down-to-earth and obviously in an honnest and sponteneous way . He must be a nice and intelligent gent person for those around him.
If you want to hear him at length, he narrated a piece called Saving the Bay. Four hours of Bob Redford. Its heaven.

I think it's sad that some people want to avoid birthdays when they should celebrate them. He made it to 80, and looking this good. how lucky he is. 80 years to have celebrated life. 80 years to be with his family. I would embrace each birthday. Not everyone is so lucky.

Wow! Then you don't know Robert Redford because he looks every bit his age if not more. This man was GORGEOUS when he was young/younger. And I am a black woman saying this. He was some kind of fine when he was young, younger. HIs voice is still wonderful though. He sounds like he is 20/30/40. Wonderful. But his looks. He's lost his looks and its ok. He never wanted to be in it for his pretty boy looks. He was something of what you would call a quiet rebel, not like James Dean, but just as strident in his career choices and what he didn't want and what he did want. I always thought well of him. I can see why he and Paul Neumann were friends. They both thought the same about their looks and tried to act against it. He was a blond boy from the mid-west and apparently loved the Sun. The Sun will do it every time.

Wow it's crazy that he thought it wasn't until he played Sundance that he became well know! I became aware of of him long before that! Barefoot in the park ( the film) and movies with Natalie Wood and so many more before that role. Such a lovely man.

I think my birthday is a day I celebrate my mother and am thankful she had me. I give her flowers and let her know how much she means to me.

I watched Butch Casity and the Sun Dance kid in the movies when I was 14. Paul Newman and Robert Redford were so cool and funny. Later he was in Jeremiah Johnson which I watched on a snowy day in a drive in located in Colorado. He was just fantastic. I never cared about his looks, just loved his cool movies. I hope he makes it to a 100 and I hope I can live to see it.

Establishing Sundance to help develop filmmakers and filmmaking has had so much benefit that has rippled out into society. I went one year and every film I saw had something really special. I remember all of them. Thanks, Bob!

He's definately had some work done around his eyes & prob a bit under the chin. He still dyes his hair. But it's all been very well done! No reason to think poorly of it. If your face was put up the size of a billboard, you would too! I love RR 💗

Robert has a way of looking at a woman as though she is the most beautiful woman to ever walk on planet earth. The way that Robert looks at Katherine Ross in the film "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" and Michelle Pfeiffer in the film "Up close and Personal" is truly magical.
Had a chance to recently see him at the Telluride Film Festival. He is now 82 & still looks good.

MY DAD INSTALLED THE CARPET IN HIS HOUSE WHEN HE HAD A RESIDENCE IN THE BRITISH PROPERTIES IN NORTH VANCOUVER, BC CANADA..DAD MET RR A NUMBER OF TIMES WHILE HE WAS INSTALLING AND ALSO MET HIS SON.

He's 80, he's got money, don't be in denial, lmao, if he was a poor bastard with a heart of gold, literally nobody would care, a women, most of the time, can never really love a man. As soon as a man is struggling with something, falls of his high a horse, say from a physical injury, he lost his job, whatever, shes out of there 99 percent of the time. It's just how it works.
