Turning The Cutest Little Purple Heart Rimmed Bowl I Ever Have For My Sweetheart 🥰!!

In this video, I turn a small purple heart bowl blank into one of the cutest little rimmed bowls for my sweetheart 💜. Purple heart is an enjoyable wood to turn and shines up very nicely. The colors are not the bright purple that you can get out of it, but I love the browns, grays, pinks and reds of this piece. Next time I turn purple heart I will experiment with getting the purple to come out 🤨. I hope you enjoy the video(s) as much as I enjoyed making it.

Burnished with grey scotch-brite pad
Sealed with 2 coats Mike Mohoney’s Utility Walnut Oil (Heat treated)
Polished with ACK’S ABRASIVE PASTE
Buffed with ACK’S POLISH/RESTORING PASTE (2x carnuba)
