Doing a very similar build on my 14 6.7. Fleece cheetah, s&s 10mm pump, 45% over bbi injectors, banks intercooler and gdp intake manifold with grid heater relocate, coolant bypass, studs, and push rods and springs so I can hear it scream 4500 rpm lol .
That oem drain line is hellish. Fleece drain line makes life so much better. Have you dynoed it yet? Still stock cp3?
Thos is the exact same build I'm slowly working up to on my 2018 just put the fleece head on it now time for turbo injection pump and injectors

I was looking at the 42# and Bosch as well as a few others are saying they top out at 500 if you can even get that with high flow tubes
I was really hoping this truck was going to join the 5 blade mafia. My truck needs a turbo and I've been looking at the 5 blade vgt that stainless diesel offers.
If the silver truck is the next giveaway I’ll 100% be entering that one. I’ve never ran one of the cheetah turbo’s but I must say they sound amazing. I really hate ish they made a 65/68 drop in I’d definitely buy it or maybe I just need too give them a call and see about them making it happen even if it would have too be a one off and test it.. I’m making alittle over 800 with my 65/68 and I don’t wanna go 2nd gen swap just yet. Even though I have all the fuel I need with my setup having 100% injectors.. but gotta give it too ya Greg this is a pretty nice build brother.

I have a 2017 I'm going to do the same thing. What do I need to do with the exhaust gas pressure sensor. 🤔
Cummins procedure says fuel connectors are paired/mated to the injectors. If you replace an injector, always replace the connector. And always keep #5 injector with #5 connector. The sealing surfaces seat to each other.
Damnit I wish I knew fleece made that hose when I did my cheetah... I've never been so pissed off at 2 little bolts in life up in that little hole.... Ended up just studding it and keeping the factory drain
How much does a turbo and injector build like this cost. Parts and labor? Also what kind of power would you expect on a deleted 5th gen with these mods? Already have the exhaust and intake. Looking at doing a turbo and injectors next. Thanks for any info you can provide

Hey Greg do you not run the fleece coolant bypass kit on your 6.7 trucks? If not why and if so what’s your opinion on them. building my 4g right now and ordered one just curious if it’s worth it or not

Hope this fleece works out better for you than mine. Not even 10k on mine an the actuator went out, fleece backed up there warranty an sent me a new one had the shop calibrate it an yet my truck is still over boosting the turbo has gotten really loud over night when this started an truck has no power even in boost. Not happy at all.

Unfortunately for the Fleece Performance and WCFAB, 2nd gen swap and exhaust brake kit on Cummins has been discontinued. We have Smeding Diesel or EvilFab 2nd gen swap and Pacbrake exhaust brake kit.
Its only an exhaust manifold!.... everything else is pretty easy....

I really like the oil drain but I’m just afraid of silicone now. I’ve done a lot of oil analysis on my trucks and when I switched to a silicone style oil drain, The silica content went from 10 parts to over 1000 parts. Even they were questioning how I did that and the only way was that oil drain. Once I got rid of that and changed the oil a few times, it was slowly dropping. Just food for thought.

Stock bottom end will be just fine up to around 8-900 HP. At even 700-800 it will be very reliable
@@crossroadgaragellc Is this specific to the newer 6.7s? I was told when I built my 04.5 5.9 that the rods can snap at around 800 from the torque.
I’m running alittle of 800whp with my 2020 and have put 20k miles on it with no problems and I’ve been pretty rough on it haha but as far as this build the bottom end will handle everything they done just fine
@@cole1407 Most 5.9's are good to that point aswell. My 04.5 is running a 10mm stroker cp3, 100% overs, studs, s480 over a stealth 64, custom tuning, and a few other goodies. I have enough turbo and injector for 1000hp but theres a reason I only installed a 10mm pump. That limits me to around the 800hp. 6.7's make power easier due to the larger displacement, but yes, around 900 hp in a 6.7 is when you really should do rods. Its low RPM and big power that hurts rods, if you're tuner knows anything they will make sure you're not building peak power until highter RPM where the rotational force of the motor is whats making power and not 50 lbs of boost at 2500 rpm. Does that make sense?

@@crossroadgaragellc I’m running 100% and a 10mm in my 2020 but they are S&S my buddy is sponsored by S&S and we sent my stock injectors too them and had them build them they only had 3k miles on them saved me a crap ton of money.. but 100% agree not a thing wrong with DAP what so ever.
