KollaBo (Collaboration), a Korean restaurant located in Shin-Okubo, is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy the flavors of 16 long-established Korean restaurants.
You can enjoy ``Jukmi Samgyeopsal'', Michelin-rated Ohyanjeopbal's pork trotters, ``Ganjang Gejang'' made directly from the famous professional restaurant ``Ganjang Gejang'', and ``Koraya'' Yakiniku menu all at once.
This time, we ate our favorite foods, ganjang gejang and ganjang sew, as well as ``sannakji'', an octopus dish with dancing.
All of the dishes that were brought to us one after another were main dishes, and we were constantly impressed.
