I dont beleave newbees know how much nectar or sugar water it takes to draw comb. Most of the guys i try and help think its just having bees make honey without any help I'm in Darlington S.C Thanks for your time
You talk about robbing. I lost 20 hives last year by putting wet supers back on hive early in season last year instead of putting them out for community feeding as I've done in last 10 years.we had a dearth early last year and it cost me

You are right and I Agree with you, it takes 6-8 to make 1 pound of wax/comb. Somewhere around that number. Thanks for checking in Michael!
