👉Chocolate Avocado Pudding!⠀
INGREDIENTS:
2 Avocados ( ripe ) pitted peeled
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 almond milk
1 pinch Cinnamon
3 teaspoons of Honey
Steps:
Blend avocados, cocoa powder, honey, almond milk, and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate pudding until chilled, about 30 minutes. Top with a mint leaf ( if you would like)
This one is a fun one and perfect healthy tasty treat. This is a great way to feed your sweet tooth without feeling to guilty.😁😁😁⠀

Yes you can! Need to add half a ripe banana for sweetness and texture. Freezes great and very satisfying.
Could I switch cocoa with Cacoa powder? Also, do you think this would freeze well..making an “ice cream” of sorts?
There’s no rules when it comes to cooking, if something needs to be switched for allergic purposes or just simply you think would taste better then don’t hesitate to put your own flare in it. I’m just showing you what I believe is the tastiest and healthiest :)

Yes, absolutely!
I've made this before it's pretty good dates or maple syrup are also good sweeteners to use but the honey has the antiinflamatory like you mentioned

Since I am diabetic I cannot have honey so I substituted Monk fruit sweetener and a teaspoon of vanilla just for those who are diabetic out there.

Going to try this with the avocado I have tried the chocolate smoothie with spinach absolutely delicious I don’t taste any spinach at all yummy they make awesome deserts going to put the smoothie into a couple of small bowls like a chocolate’s mousse add a little coconut and some raspberries on top ❤

I’m wondering if I can use frozen avacodo too?. Sometimes it’s difficult to find good fresh ripe avocados.
Fresh is always better but you may use frozen as an alternative 🥑

I can not have any nut milks...anything else i could try? Would unsweetened coconut milk work? What about rice milk?

How to make the ginger and lemon tea for nighttime
Sure thing! Here's the full recipe⬇️
1/4 tsp minced Ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Lime/ lemon juice ( or 1/2 of the lemon peel)
Directions: Ground cinnamon, lemon peel, ginger - boil in a pot of water for 20 minutes, lower heat, and drink☕no more than 2x a day - morning and night!
