6 months I will be living full time in a car,I’ve lived previously 2 years. But never knew about stealth, reflective windows, cooling mats, rain guards. I watch it all now and learned so much. I refuse to pay rent and I’m a senior on SS. This woman really touched my heart ❤️. Wish I could find her and maybe we could share a house or place together. She’s a good person.💙
She’s very creative. She’s got some good ideas with how she rigged up things here & there through out her van, especially the cover over the window switch to protect the cats. 🐈 She definitely should start a UA-cam channel.
Wonderful job! I more impress with these types, people making do with what little they have they are true survivors. I'm not trying to put anyone down but when you have a setup with hot running water, full cooking stove, shower and money well thats not impressive. This is all she has plus her beautiful little kitties. I really admire her I hope that whatever her ailments are she recovers 💯Thanks for the lovely interview.
Your kitties look like healthy, beautiful, loved, and pampered Cats. I live in an 1100 SF home with 3 cats, I can't imagine living in a van with them!! Between the litter boxes and the dander? Umpfh 🤪 But if I lived in a van and had three cats, there is no way I'd give them up. I'd make it work. Special cat litter and an air purifier! Not only do I love them, but they also love me and would be brokenhearted if I ever gave up on them. So I get it. You have a great setup 🥰
I really admire how you love your kitties and take every precaution to keep them safe. You have taken a very small area and made it work for you all. You have a positive attitude and I think you will succeed in the jewelry making. I hope you do make a You tube channel. I think it would be very interesting to see how you continue to overcome any obstacles that come your way. I wish you and the kitties the very best!🤗🐱
I loved the covers Patricia made to protect the cats from opening windows or locking doors. I'm sure many pet owners will be copying her creation. So smart! Thank you for the tour!
It's your positivity and energy in what is a tough situation that sets you apart from so many people. I don't even know you and I am proud of you! I am close to your age and have so much in common with you it is startling. I have been so thankful to even have a car to live in at times, or even a pillow in my car to lay my head on! I would genuinely love to meet you! I am a loner for the most part but rarely feel alone. In any case this is not about me it is about amazing you! I love what you have done to your van as well. That floor is a stroke of genius as it works to keep you from having flare ups. Just simple things that improve the quality of life. I am in California. It is a great big state but I am coastal as well. If you are ever so inclined to meet, respond! Peace and many blessings!
Love this story. Cat lover wanting to travel with my cats. This lady is in a minivan and is making it work. I've got to show my husband this ,we were thinking we can't keep our 2 ,2year old cats when we go full time.they have been traveling with us since they were 3months old. So this video has given me so many ideas. Our van is a full size with high turtle top. Thank you again for sharing. Be safe.
This is the first UA-cam channel that is keeping it real and showing different individual's vans and how they deal with the issues of living in a van. You do not show van life as a never ending glamourized existences. THANK YOU >>>>KEEP IT UP
Awww sweet lady!!! I wish I had the money to help her have more room & a plot of land of her own for her tiny house. If she had an investor the thing she made to keep the cats from pressing the door switches seems like it would be a great idea to perfect for selling & could possible turn things around financially for her. All I've wanted since I was 4 was homestead remote acreage so I could offer shelter & a safe place to land for goodhearted ppl w/o a home. Seeing this stokes that lifelong desire! I wish her the best & please update if she someone gets a GoFundMe or something for her that wont affect the little social security she does get. .Not once did she even ask for funds, but I know so many of us viewers from our hearts would gladly give whatever we could!
May She & Her 3 Cats Stay Safe. Her Health Improve. And Most Of All, I Pray She & Her Cats Find Their Forever Home. Something To Call Her Own. God Bless You & Your Cats( Your Kids ♥️😉) Sincerely, With Much Hope And Love, Bobbie Jo Roy💜🙏👣♥️🙂
This was an Awesome interview! Thank you. Patricia, you are an amazing woman! I wish you all the best in your journey 🙂🤗😘🙏 And I've a little hack for your icebox, you'll be able to keep the ice on top of certain things (will keep everything colder) and stop every thing from getting wet, and will be clean when melted so you and the kitties can use it for drinking water. Put ice in heavy duty 1 gal ziploc bags, and arrange them on top of your items that need to stay the coldest, like meat n cheese, leftovers and put things like vegetables and some condiments on top of ice bags. Hope you both have a wonderful weekend!
This is a great follow up video. Great way she set up her van for her needs. Can we get a more detailed version of how she covered her front window and door lock buttons. My cats do the same thing and open the windows when the van is on!
Thank you for the tour . I’m especially thankful for you showing the covers on your door locks, hadn’t thought of that😆 That’s just the kind of thing that would happen to me! Best of luck to you 💜
Somebody needs to donate this woman a nice box truck or a stand-up in van with more room she's a sweet lady and she needs help everybody does so please don't look at her in any other way but to help her she's such a sweet lady anybody who takes care of animals has a heart of gold God bless you lady
Great stories of real life people and their journey while your in yours. I can totally relate... I'm one of the many who lost the roof over their head and had to find alternative ways to live. getting by the best we can... thank you for highlighting these lovely stories.
Am glad to see the real people whom live in vehicles, I'm going to have to do it. I lost my 27 foot Motorhome last month ( a complete lost). But I'm strong and determined to do a bucketlist of traveling place, so going to have to convert a van ,as soon as possible on van purchase, am in a tent in the desert 🏜, loving the experiences I've occurred. See ya in your other videos. Subscribed to her channel. GranneeAnnee
Love her story tough and resilient woman it makes you think of how terrible it is in this country that there is a large silent majority of people living in vehicles a large number of women an it's hard an can be stressful if emergencies pop up your house needs to stay mobile and functional it can be a creative cheap fix or some crazy expensive fix .It's not glamorous it's tough but it beats the outrageous housing cost or being directly on the streets hang in there mamas -you got this. From a fellow nomad 🥰😘🥰
Omg, and after trying to make the comment and got your alert about the no mean comments and just be nice in general… I just had to come back and thank you for that! So cool! Sometimes Ppl can just be so ridiculous and unnecessary. Let's keep it positive ❤ ☮️
I have 3 cats that never been outside I also have Senegal parrot, I am thinking of living in my Kia Sorento full time. Your video inspired me very much because you have the cats and there are not many videos with cats out there, great info and to the point. Thank you.
Hi..... Just now came across your channel. Love the interview with Patricia. I've tried finding her on FB with no luck. I don't do any of the other sites she mentioned but would like to follow and maybe buy some jewelry once she gets things set up on Facebook.
It must be very difficult to navigate life like this with 3 cats. I wish her the very best. I am from Maine and I feel as though I have met her before. I don't know how or why. She is just very familiar.
Thanks for sharing. I am carcamping often in the tropical rainforest of Suriname in mij Pink Voxy Lady. On the back door i hang a curtain and have a botle filled with water and some alcohol or nice parfume or lotion, some holes onthe dop and i can have a showerbath. A plastic bag or whoden rack to keep my feet clean. On the grass. Enjoy your camping journey with lots of blessings.
I have been curious since watching these no build mini van conversions about leaving pets in the car. How do you keep the inside of the car cool enough for them to stay safe? I've been trying to find cooling solutions but nothing has come up in my research as being very efficient for that task. I'd be so worried just leaving the windows cracked and fans going that someone would break in.
I wish someone would gift her one of those tents you can attach to the back of the car, so she could have a place to work, even tho the weather isn't perfect.
This lovely lady needs to patent her protect -your-pet-as-you-drive invention. That'll make a difference in her income. Or take the idea to the Shark Tank show! I wish her all the best 🙏🏼
What I wonder about people living in vans with animals is what do they do with the animals when they have to go somewhere, especially in the warmer months?
Stay parked under trees, or under some kind of shade, stay in car or van until it's really cooler like in the early am or night. Do all errands that involve leaving the car when it's night etc. Stay with animals and under shade when it's warmer and keep fans on if possible. Some fans are USB and can run off chargers. Also I live in Colorado, so if we had to do this here it would be ok till winter time but then we would have to be careful and really think things through bcuz of the cold fall and winter.
On the reflective for the windows why not put black around the edges then use velro to hold them to the windows. Elsa Rhae did that for their scamp rv. Where I found that is one of Elsa Rhae & Barons previous episode.
This woman might want to get one of those pop up screen tents to work in, or one of those “eating” trays that fit on your steering wheel. I would like to know how she keeps her cats from running off, away from coyotes, etc.
I live in low income housing on SSI and food stamps. If I didn't have that much I would have to live in my SUV, guzzles gas and need works badly. I am praying for a large mini van so that if anything ever happens that I could at least survive. I have a senior cat too. He would be with me. I would never give up my cat. Ever, no matter what would happen in life. With God and prayers you can do anything. It just takes time and prayers. Plz pray for me if you read this. I have so many problems. TY 💟
Been forced into living in sons minivan after fire before Christmas lost everything home dog and car 2 yrs now yesterday engine blew now scrambling to find place welcome to my world in texas

This was really interesting and such a good reminder that we’re no alone in our struggles no matter what they may be. What a lovely lady 🐈🐈🐈
This woman has no idea how much her message in the last video helped me. Thank you to you both. I’ll be praying for you from NH Patricia. ❤️
Hello 👋🤗
We love to see well cared for animals in nomadic living. It definitely shows that u aren't deprived of that part of life.
Great video.
Wonderful job! I more impress with these types, people making do with what little they have they are true survivors. I feel the same way 💟
GOD bless this sweet woman. Glad she in warmer climate.

My best friend Flick died. About five years ago. I still miss him. Her kitties look very healthy and happy.
Great video. Hate to hear folks are forced into this lifestyle. I’ve been living this way for 6 years voluntarily. I refuse to pay overpriced rent.
Good for you!!
I agree
That's my main reason 4 selling my house & living in my SUV with my 3 cats & 1 bird🥳💟
I am thinking most people do this voluntarily. People who are truly homeless can’t afford a vehicle or the insurance to drive it
@@mycharmedunicorn8715 or the repairs and maintenance
and you save money on rent.
I really admire how you love your kitties and take every precaution to keep them safe. You have taken a very small area and made it work for you all. She has such a positive attitude. It is on her face and body language. I wish her safety and encountering good ppl everywhere she goes.
She is the sweetest lady and so strong! Having faith is very important! 🙏🤗💕🙏 Most of our animal shelters will give you food for your pets!
I’m always impressed with people like this, good luck to her
Tell Patricia I’m praying for her!! I wish I had money to share but barely getting by myself - what I can do is PRAY 🙏
Gotta love Miss Patricia and the kitties! Great video Allison 🙂
Thank you! 😊

Good idea covering the locks. My cat locked the doors on me, thankful I always carry an extra key around my neck

Where did you get the turtle top?
thank you. I love the way you problem solved with the window lock. i wish you all the best for your future travels Patricia.
How did you get your cats to not be afraid and to like the van? they seem happy
I'd imagine they just adjusted to it
My one dogs loves the van my other hates it when we are driving
So happy she kept her cats. She is a ride or die with her fur babies.

Patrica you got this! You’ve inspired me. Love from Massachusetts!
Praying for your continued safety, and for success as you strive to achieve your goals!
Do the cats ever get to run around anywhere?

Van life is a blast!

I wonder if she has kids? If so you would think they would help her or siblings any family?Although she seems to be in good spirits.👍🙏🏻😊

Hey, we're not homeless just houseless. Home is where we park it. 15 years fulltime rver here. Oh, and cats rock!
I like this lady a lot, she should be making videos , she's so cool!
Been in a dodge ram with my 2 cats for 2 years. Keep going👍🏻
We were forced to live in our Ford Transit. So far, it's been a week👍
Does Patricia have a way to receive coffee tips? I didn't see that on her channel. As a MA native and cat mom, she inspires me :-)
Hello 👋🤗

At time 0:35 you state you posted an interview with Patricia and the video is titled, Living on $100 a Month. Can you provide a link?
Latex topper no foam. Chemical Sensitivity is real. No glues.
I have always wondered where to keep a cat box in a mini van. I have considered getting one to travel in with my cat during the summer months.
Hello 👋🤗
Wow! They look SO alike. 🤔
EDIT: I don't know which cat I like more; absolutely beautiful. 😍🥰
On the reflective for the windows why not put black around the edges then use velro to hold them to the windows. Elsa Rhae did that for their scamp rv. Where I found that is one of Elsa Rhae & Barons previous episode.
Would love to see her jewlery and paintings..
Check out her UA-cam channel! (Link is in the video description 😊)
Hope she sells lots of her jewelry.
I’m curious how Patricia is doing! A friend & me were just talking about her & hoping she is doing well.
This woman might want to get one of those pop up screen tents to work in, or one of those “eating” trays that fit on your steering wheel. I would like to know how she keeps her cats from running off, away from coyotes, etc.
How can I get a hold of Patricia?

If she can afford it, I buy packets of plant based meals and usually add some chicken, tuna or salmon. Easily cooked, although I use a hot logic usually. They're nutritious and fill you up.
👍😊❣️
Unfortunately I’m seeing this in my future. As I’m sure many of us are.
