Your ulnar nerve runs up the inside of your arm and in many cases at times, it doesn’t have its full movement potential, other times its an anatomical anomaly.     I have that funny nerve problem
    Whenever I do pushups or I just straighten my left arm it gives that uncomfortable sensation that shock.

    My elbow clicks on pushing stuff but not painful just irritating and achy tight after a workout would this be a never problem or more likely golfers elbow or tricep tendinitis?

    I have the tendon version of this. I can also tell that it was caused by using a computer mouse on a surface that was too high. I'm convinced that my tendon has shortened, if that makes any sense. It doesn't quite hurt but it does cause discomfort AND I'm scared it will snap when doing a chest press. A lot of times I get tendonitis in my shoulder, right down thru the middle of my front delt.

    Hey man, i get the snapping when in extension when my arm is straight just before I get to the lockout position my elbows aren't very flexible does your program cover this?

      @pie7ino i believe this is LITERALLY PRECISELY what im dealing with right now, did you ever figure it out? It's only my left arm, and it pops the instant before locking out even without weight. Without weight, I can only feel it with a finger from my other arm under my elbow, and while doing triceps extensions with weight there's still no pain but i can feel it quite significantly. There's no pain yet, but I'm trying to solve it before it becomes an issue.

      @@ominaroust1109 still not sure but I don't have any pain if that helps. There's devices to strengthen the arm but I'm not sure of their effectiveness

    I don’t know if I have it my right elbow just cracks when I rotate it or do push ups I don’t get pain and my funny bone does not move when I rotate it, is that normal ?

    Could this ulnar nerve be created by sleeping in a bad position with your arm? Because i sleep with 1 arm over my head.

    ive been having this click in my elbow when i do forward hand pull ups. now i just do neutral grip so it wont click it doesn't really cause pain but it just makes me not want to do it because i feel like im messing my elbow up is there any stretch or fix i could do i watched the videos on how to fix it but is there anything specific i should do for my problem im gonna start stretching the muscles around it more but any advice would be great. also i want to do forward hand because it focuses a muscle group i cant get with neutral grip.

      ​@bikerboy.a7404 for me what worked was those forearm wrist curls. I would do those before benching 3 sets of 8 to 12 wrist curls and that solved/helped my elbow snapping

      I have the same problem I know how to avoid it but none of the 3 videos really give tips and exercises to work on it.. probably all a marketing trick to make us buy the program.

    please answer because i need help...ok so im 15 and my right elbow started to click before 4 years or something...this year my left elbow started as well...i really wanted to workout but this thing doesn't let me do any tricep exercise nor pushups at any angle...ive literally tried every angle and nothings changed...Any suggestions?oh and also when i flex my bicep my right elbow hurts

    I feel 3-4 pops and slides of tendons when i completely straighten my arm and lock out my elbows....imma calisthenics athlete and im very irritated by this clicking of elbows
    What is the problem cuz i feel many pops not just a single one

      i have the exact thing and im a calisthenics beginner so progressing in dips and push ups is really difficult. The only exercise for my triceps that doesn't click my elbow is tricep kickbacks. I hope this works for you i suffer with it with both of my hands

    Sometimes when my elbow is bent and im not doing any exercise its hurting. But when I stretch my arm its over, what do I do with this problem?
