    Incredibly informative! I’ve been noticing a similar pop in my elbow when I lift heavy on skull crushers, I’m wondering if it’s caused by a similar mechanism.

    What about the tail bone my joint there snaps and pops during a workout and it’s annoying how do I fix this

    Dude pls reply, I get a popping sensation in my triceps like cracking my knuckles when I do this same exercise. I do not know why. I warm up and everything, it does not hurt though.

    Idk i feel like its my tendon is tight. Is thaf a thing? I do everything to the best of my ability during presses but over head with dumbbells and really close overhead/French press just feels shit. Any thing else yoy could think of that could be the issue?
