I’m so excited to watch before I go to sleep!! I’ve been doing a new workout routine recently and it feels amazing 💜
The lemon and raspberry lemon CALM powders are pretty tolerable! I typically will mix it in a small cup so it's more like a couple sips rather than an entire drink. Also adding a ton of ice makes it taste better. I love it for helping with sleep and anxiety!

That coco butter lotion is the best!!!!!! I’ve used it since i was in middle school bc my mom started using it and it honestly smells the best and hydrates your skin so well. I love it. I also love their swivel stick too for chap stick :)
