Not trying to scare you but you really shouldn’t leave your phone in a different room when you are sleeping especially since you live on your own. What if someone broke in and your phone is in the bathroom or living room and you can’t call for help
I know how you feel I struggle with being happy I tend to try not feel so I keep my self busy or do anything to keep my mind out so that I don’t feel sad but it’s always there and I struggled with this all my life like I know atm I don’t really love myself or feel confident with in myself but I want to work on that and just really love myself and I want to eat health I want to do things everyday that makes me happy and not feel stressed or overwhelmed with my life so thank you Emma because this inspires to make myself happy luv u😘❤️ Yes, I want an update morning routine and night routine!!!!!
Honestly, hearing you talk more about your anxiety and struggling with happiness/confidence makes me feel like the best thing to help would be to get help/see someone - don't take that in any bad way, I know how it can seem/the stigma to get help makes it seem off putting - but in truth there's nothing bad that can come from it. Even if its just talking about your day, it could help with letting things out and not feel like there's something that may in the slightest come back (like say you half mention something here, there's that anxiety that there's a chance someone has to put something negative - even if there isn't anything actually said, there's a fear the opportunity is out there - and I'm sorry that that's even something to worry about). I don't know if maybe this is an option you've explored before but I truly think it would help, you could get an outside view on tools that would benefit you or even just give you a place to drop your worries and not care they were left there. I say all this bc I'm working through my own process and even though its not a ton of help i recognize that its an outside source that is doing some. And all of this could be be helpful especially now since quarantine/pandemic is really heightening a lot of emotions for everyone. Hope the best for you, how ever you deal with everything - just don't want you to feel alone at it :)

This might sound really strange but whenever I’m stressed, worried, anxious etc. I like to listen to music because it helps calm me down and to go on a bush walk or sit outside and close my eyes to just breathe and remind myself it’s ok. My favourite Song to listen to especially is don’t worry, be happy by Bobby McFerrin it’s such a classic and when I do these things it makes me feel grounded and at peace with myself and this world. I don’t know if this will help anyone but it’s something I do that makes me feel good so I thought I’d share it
Some things that you might want to try to help with anxiety or to make you more relaxed/happy. Meditation (I liked guided meditation), journaling, gratitude journaling, dancing on your own to music you love or to other types of music you haven't explored, going for walks to get more fresh air (I find I feel so much better after my walks), finding a new hobby (ie. learning a new language, musical instrument, painting, and etc), daily video chats with friends. I find it really amazing that you're doing so much at such a young age already. Give yourself some credit for all the things you have already accomplished!! You should get salt lamps! They have night light versions too. The harsh white lighting isn't the best before bed and might help you sleep a little bit better!
