    Thanks for your video! I'm 61 and trying to find my way!! I spent years restricting my food and then binging on sugar. I'm really trying to eat lots of protein now and some veggies and have starting making my own yogurt and having just a few berries. I'm starting to get back into exercise, but it's a struggle right now for some reason. Thanks for your encouragement!!! It's so helpful!! Take care. Judi
