    This is awesome! I am travelling so you are in Arizona with me today. There is a gym at the hotel and I have shared you with 3 other people! This is a great one for travelling - just grabbing one set of weights in a busy shared gym made this more comfortable.

    I tried doing this as a finisher for ur shoulder/tricep workout 🥶🥶 BIG MISTAKE. Can barely hold my phone up right now. Love your videos!
