NICE AREA. THE HOUSES HAD STRANGE LAYOUTS? NICE, BUT ODD PLACEMENT OF BEDROOMS TO OUTSIDE ENTRANCES. THE LAST ONE REAR PARKING PAD, AT THE END OF THE ALLEY AND YARD IS AN ODD POSITION, AND A LONG WALK IN WHEN IT RAINS, OR SNOWS, OR LATE AT NIGHT. ALL HAVE NICE SHOW FINISH BUT VERY OPEN FLOOR PLANS. I THINK THE 1ST ONE WAS BEST LAYOUT BUT NO PRIVATE PARKING. GOOD TOUR.
Great assessment! Use to luv Chevy Chase. The last house was too expensive for those apartment view. Plus it’s across the streets from Starbucks ie Grand Central Station so I understand flipping the yard into a parking lot. The parking on that street is the worse. Great local restaurants and shopping.
I'd rather live farther out in the suburbs. And now that I don't have to drive into DC every day and can work from home? The traffic on Conn. Ave is too much for me.
The first home is not move-in ready. That kitchen is not a kitchen for a $1.3 million home. The large bathroom looks like it was updated with Home Depot from the shelf. So, I guess you're paying for the zip code.

I am loving these series of videos, but if you cut on rotating 360 every few seconds on outdoor shoots it will be easy. Keep up the good work
Good info and tours, but you moved the camera so fast I got dizzy and had to rewind a few times.
Thanks for watching!
Great video🙌🏾

Chevy Chase is great 😀
Love the second home ! Spacious, modern and definitely worth the money and you don’t just feel like you’re only paying for location
Its a wonderful home!
With the third house, they should have flip-flopped the yard and the parking pad so that a garage could be attached to the house.
So all this time I didn't know that is called Chevy Chase DC, always thought that was Maryland, thanks for clearing this up.learn something.
Most people think thats Maryland, but now you know 😎 👍
@@BashirBadruDMVRealtor yes I now know, thanks again.
As a native you have to see it to understand what it's all about uptown. Words don't do this area justice
Yup, fantastic area 🔥

Hey, gotta do what works for you 🤷🏽♂️
No central air, small kitchen, odd shaped rooms, no open space, very little yard space, no dedicated arking etc.😭 Second home better. 😊
