am I close saying tremolo before - more gentle sound, and after - more "in the face" ? I think it can work but in a very limited amount of cases, while the traditional one can work anywhere
Some constructive criticism: less talky more play...y
It has to be a British thing. EVERY Anderton's video is 4 times longer than it needs to be! unsubscribed because of it. Painful.
I’ve just bought the newer version after comparing the two. The new (purple) version sounds much warmer to my ears. It’s also stereo where the older (green) one is not.
Jackson...outstanding review. Thanks and greetings from Arizona, USA.
Just put one reverb before the tremolo and one reverb after the tremolo. That'll do it. :)
or one tremolo before the reverb and one after :) That's what I do.
@@mruk_exe Smart. :)
Cool video. I have been thinking about this more nowadays. Its hard for me to beat the vox built in tremolo. I came to the conclusion I still like it before reverb.
Wow i had a hard time staying on point with your video. It seemed more like a pedal review
AFAIK the Princeton reverb had tremolo after reverb. The others had it before. This is what I’ve been told.
"I've always used tremolo before reverb... Nice spring type reverb to a nice subtle tremolo"
I like you being you. Thank you.
Slow Tremolo = before reverb. Fast Tremolo after reverb. If you are gonna use Tremolo after Reverb, you want to sync it up with the tempo and make the rate quite fast. Usually to match the quarter notes or half notes of the song. Its pretty much sidechaining in EDM...except for guitar. Obviously you can do it before reverb as well...but the whole point of sidechaining is to duct the entire output to give it more energy + more room for other instruments in the mix.
Interesting take on this! I love it
