    Each pizza is done to perfection, the cheese is still melty instead of being overcooked. Such vibrant colors too. I loved hearing the church bells!

      Hi, I'm the person who shot the video but I can tell you that the pizza on the cover, denser and fuller-bodied, is buffalo mozzarella while the normal mozzarella used in normal pizzas is the classic fiordilatte. However, there are those who almost always use buffalo mozzarella, a warm greeting and thanks for following my channel

    Al pozzo di S.Patrizio ci va una pazza a lavare una pezza,,arriva un pazzo con un pezzo di pizza,offre un pezzo di pizza alla pazza,la pazza rifiuta,il pazzo s’adira,prende la pizza, la pazza e la pezza e le butta nel pozzo di S. Patrizio. 🤣🤣😜🍕🫶🍕Sono finiti gli scioglilingua…..🤣🤣

    Hi, I have an issue regarding food handling and contamination likihood. Also I would like to know your opinion on the matter.
    It seems these Pizzaiolo not only are bare handed (fine if the wash with it) but it seems they’re touching meat then some of the vegetables and cheese that there are likely traces of meat from touching it prior.
    Is that a concern and do you notice it themselves? Also do they care and how do they prevent issues of cross contamination especially if there was a vegan customer of which the Pizzaiolo had touched meat prior without liekly washing their hands?
    It should be at least they wash their hands every time they make a pizza and that if they have to go through ingredients to the next ones that they cannot be washing their hands after each step that they should touch vegan ingredients first, then cheese, then fish then meat.

      The amount of water varies from flour to flour.
      The % is roughly the same, but actuall amount needs to be done by eye / feel 🤌🏽

    Comunque sono tutti passaggi e proporzioni errate.... E l'utilizzo del ghiaccio non solo è inutile ma é anche nocivo perché inattiva i lieviti....Ma lo capisco che non vuoi mostrare la ricetta, è giusto che sia così, ma almeno evita di dire le proporzioni che sono comunque sbagliate
