As a kid growing up IN NY 60’s I recall with my mother ordering pizza from broken down English Italian’s barely here from their home land. SADLY I’m yet to taste the same pizza flavor and pie texture. Things have change into a commercial pizza feeding. But this makes me want to travel and taste Thank you 🙏

A los 3 minutos se puede ver al mestro con la masa trabajando con un anillo. Eso en mi pais es sinonimo de anti-higiénico y te cursan los del ministerio de salud una multa importante.
El dia de la visita de los inspectores que lo catalogaron como la mejor pizzería si eso estaba funcionando así , se les pasó ese gran momento.
It’s all subjective. You’re going to have a lot of people from the US say New York style and New Haven pizza are the best. You’ll then have people who love this over anything else. To each their own.

One thing I don't get is that why these first step cooks do not use gloves. Sure the pizzas go to oven but still. Those who finish the pizzas before serving them use gloves, If I were the owner of this place, everyone would wear gloves. I am not a fan of eating food that someone else has touched with their bare hands, hands that are used to wipe ahole after taking a shit. This is why I have almost completely quit eating foods in restaurants because I've seen how rare the use of gloves actually is. Disgusting.
I wonder if they use italian Chefs only for the pizza...
