Lots of people poked fun at Sen Dole over the span of his career, but no one did that more than he himself. Real humility in a politician is now an embarrassingly absent quality. He was a WWII Veteran who suffered horrible, life-debilitating wounds for probably somewhere around a dollar a day. For those who still wish to demonize or humiliate him, it only makes you seem small and insignificant. You can not imagine what he went thru. Idiots always be idiots tho…
