I LOVE the beyond sausage! I tried it at the beyond burger bar in boulder, co before they ever made it to grocery stores or any restaurants and was obsessed instantly! The beyond burger and the beyond sausage are game changing... other vegan meat companies have to be scared!
I feel the same exact way about Vegas! I'm not one for partying, or pools, or heat, or cities, but I am just obsessed with Vegas! I've been there accidentally about five times and twice purposefully and I am just obsessed. It is one of the few places in the world that I've revisited. And I've never even gambled! Hahah. I love staying in old Vegas too!

I got married in Vegas in October and we went to Nacho Daddy for the reception and everyone loved it!!! My entire non vegan family was losing their shit!
