On the removing vinyl hack, when I got ready to reapply my vinyl I preheated the shirt using butcher paper and I felt like the butcher paper took up alot of that residue. I didn’t really see it after I did that.
thank you so much for these videos, i am getting a cricut explore air 2 for Christmas. i could not find your link for the tape (143?) can you please link to the specific product? again thank you !!
Wow! Awesome! You said you'd link the transfer tape you use in the description box but I don't see it there anywhere. Could you please give us a link to it? I'd very much appreciate it. I thought you said it was from 143, maybe? Not sure, its kinda hard to make out what you're saying. So if you could possibly link it for us, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Hello CrystalAnn! Loved all the hacks. Can't wait to try some of them. Thanks for everything you bring to us. BTW...Dawn is awesome with everyone in the chat. Thanks for having her! 😘♥♥♥
This is fantastic. I do have one question. I removed HTV from a dark hoodie using the heat method because I didn't want to go look for my can of VLR. It of course left a big blotch of residue. Will the VLR remove that residue from the fabric or should I just chuck it? Thank you
Thanks Crystal! Ive known about the parchment paper hack definitely life saver n lint roller to catch scraps while weeding. Only a few I hadnt seen may try. Thanks for sharing. Take care
Thank you for sharing! I've had my cricut for 3 years now & haven't made anything! Where do I start? If bought many bundles from y'all & have all the accessories but I'm just so overwhelmed...... 😪

Hi, Crystal, these were interesting. This evening I accidentally hit on a way to remove some HTV. Worked with Siser Twinkle. Did not work on removing Siser Metal. Crank up mini press on high setting. Using COPY PAPER , place the paper on the vinyl and use mini press. I went in circular motions for 5-10 seconds, working on small sections. The vinyl adhered to the copy paper and lifted off when I pulled away the copy paper. The residue remains, but I plan to recut the same design. Rescued a shirt and learned something. (I just didn't trust myself working over the plate of my big press.) Thanks for all the great tutorials. I've learned a lot.
Thank you so much! Hubby got me an Explorer 3 for Christmas (2022) and I’m a little intimidated! Especially with how to create in the Canvas. I’m going to check out your other videos now
I can't find the link to the 143 Vinyl transfer tape you used. I guess I could look it up on 143 Vinyl but having the name would help. Loved the video. Thanks for everything you show us and all those special hacks.💖💖

Hi Loretta, i'm sorry to hear this. If you send our lovely Customer Support team an email via mail@designbundles.net they will be able to get this sorted for you.
@@DesignBundles I ended up using Pay Pal for the purchase. Wrapped snowflakes around a clear glass canister from $Tree then filled with peppermints. Came out really cute! Thanks for the great Libby jar wrap design!

Hi Janett! Welcome to Design Bundles! The transfer tape being used in this video can be found here: www.143vinyl.com/Clear-Medium-Tack-Transfer-Tape-12-inches-by-30-Feet.html If you have any questions, just shout! We are here to help! - Dawn
Hi MaryAnn! Most companies will say their vinyl will last in it's original condition a year from the purchase date. We recommend you using it sooner however, just to make sure there are any issues with adhesion or color 🙂- Dawn
We've heard the same same thing! Especially with dark surfaces, VLR will leave a white residue. I've had the most success heating from underneath and pulling the vinyl with a tweezer! - Dawn 🥰
Sometimes I just use blue painters tape or even cheap masking tape, depending on the project. When I made Christmas ornaments for example, the transfer tape was horrible to work with. Masking tape was perfect!
Hi Rena! Cricut transfer tape is very tacky and makes the design difficult to stick to whatever your are making. We suggest this transfer tape: www.143vinyl.com/Clear-Medium-Tack-Transfer-Tape-12-inches-by-30-Feet.html - Dawn 🙂
Thank you. Not quite hacks but I learned that there are plexiglass/acrylic versions of the can glasses & that there are clear sheet lint rollers, very cool! New hack to me was using a lint roller to apply directly on to a blank (I think I’d be a bit too nervous to try on a curved blank but might on a flat one as it is a great idea). I’ve used parchment paper for aligning & it’s great!, too! Love Design/Font Bundles ❤️! I’m a plus member (my name is different there) & totally recommend joining!!
My mind is blown, heat attaches the vinyl and also removes it. I did mess up once by not weeding one tiny spot. I threw out the item and did it again. Wish I knew about this hack.
