The Cleveland Clinic set a requirement for masks at the debate and most people on his side failed to follow it. So he knows better than the Cleveland Clinic? Whether the mask worked or not doesn't matter, it just shows that Biden was way more sensible than Trump. He held indoor rallies and straight up lied at the debate about holding "outdoor" rallies. Does he even know what outdoor means? The contraction rate increased in the states he held these indoor rallies. It doesn't matter if 200000 people die or 2M, each life matters. He acts like 200000 people isn't much. Well I mean, take a look around - a many more densely populated countries have far less deaths due to COVID. That's how Trump has been an embarrassment. By constantly failing to raise awareness, to speak up about real threats. By joking about a deadly virus with stupid remarks like "you can't be positive if you don't get tested" "inject bleach" "take a shot of hydroxychloroquine". Using CDC reports to defend Trump is ironic since Trump does almost everything CDC asked the world not to do. Taking precautions won't hurt anyone. There's a term called - better safe than sorry. Trump would know if he still weren't as smart as a kindergartener. His policies may be okay, but he certainly isn't.

@Leonardo Copado no it is not ONE study but multiple. Yes masks primarily protect others from you but this seems to help you as the wearer as well. Just f$#%*@ wear them, there is NO reason to not wear them, your oxygen supply will not be reduced whatsoever.

I've always like Chris Wallace. He's a true journalist.
He had a great example growing up. His father was Mike Wallace of CBS fame and 60 Minutes.

i believe they tested them with an imaging system that could see aerosols by a heat signature... similar to an infrared camera... probably using a heated liquid turned into an aerosol... but i'm not sure
it sounded like they had video footage showing the aerosols leaking out of some masks, and not out of others

He's well educated, a Harvard and Yale alumnus, worked with several networks such as ABC (well known for his coverage on the Reagan administration), NBC and FOX. He received 3 Emmy awards and a Lifetime Achievement award, gave a tough interview to Putin, has been chosen as a moderator for two presidential debates (no easy feat) and had great influence from two father figures (father, stepfather) who were prominent journalists. Anyone with a memory longer than that of a goldfish can see Chris Wallace as a reporter with integrity worthy of respect.
So when we say he's one of the few with integrity at Fox, we're doing a damn disservice to him by comparing him with the likes of Ingraham and Tucker Carlson.

@@alexanderthegreat8064 well that statement needs some clarity. at the start of the pandemic, he did say that, but he has since gone to clarify that statement. according to Dr. Fauci himself, he originally said that when there was concern over a shortage of masks, and that they were needed for the front line health workers. then as the infection spread through asymptomatic carriers he began to strongly endorse wearing masks. that's why you see him wearing a mask all the time now.
