Chris Flany our military isn’t law enforcement. They can be called in to help keep order but they have no power to arrest. They have to turn you over to the police, in times of peace and we are not in warfare with another country. The only group that lawfully has the power to drag him out before all the world to witness is the House of Representatives. I don’t think Nancy would have any problems signing a warrant and sending over the Sgt of Arms armed with handcuffs and side arms to carry out that warrant.
