Also even if you prefer death over life imprisonment it still has to be hard to voluntarily get strapped down and put to sleep like a dog. As a human it's our instinct to survive and hold off death as long as possible.
There's an episode of the show called "Life and Death Row" where they go into this case pretty deep. It's season 2 episode 3, and the police had both of them separate, but they could hear each other. So Austin, the one getting executed and planner of the whole thing, talked first but lied to minimize his involvement, and the other guy heard it and that's when he was totally truthful, and the physical evidence corroborated what he said, so that was why even though he admitted to doing the actual physical attack, they gave Austin the worse sentence.
@@w3w3w3 I think he is. Austin Myers planned it, and he tried to help Tim Mosley kill Justin Back. Their plan was that Mosley would strangle Back, they would make it look like he ran away. Mosley tried to put the garotte around Back's neck, but got his chin, so Myers jumped on him and all three of them rolled around on the floor until Mosley pulled out his knife and stabbed Justin Back. Mosley and Myers both killed him, and Myers even admitted to shooting the dead body afterwards. Then, after all that, Myers tried to throw Mosley under the bus and minimize his own involvement. Tim Mosley didn't even know Justin Back; Myers did, and Myers knew about the parents' safe and gun, and he came up with the plan and got Mosley to be his muscle. It makes sense that Mosley is doing well in prison now, or so it seems, despite the fact that he testified against Myers. He's a big dude who has killed already, and he stood tall with the police, until he heard Myers "confession".
"It won't hurt me, I won't feel a thing" - You're 100% right. However that statement was a smack in the face to the victims family. Nobody listened to word you said afterwards.

Holy Shit. I have never seen someone get sentenced to death. When he got sentenced to death, now does that mean he will die or he will have to report to Chef Death whenever he needs ingredients.
Manson was sentenced to death and he was miles away from the crime scene(s) when the murders went down. If you're deemed to be part of the conspiracy, you can face the exact same penalty as if you pulled the trigger or swung the knife. These outcomes happen more than some people realize

I don't get how they could be that desperate for cash without having a very specific goal for that cash, like needing dope or meth or something.

Idk if I agree personally. You gotta be a different type of dangerous to not be physically capable of a murder but still have it in you to hatch the plan for someone else to carry out. The planning and pre meditation it takes to even attempt to pull it off is crazy, let alone actually trying to live amongst society like it’s didn’t happen. I don’t feel like a person capable of that deserves the right to live amongst us, but to each his own. Glad they smoked the ham on this one tho 💯
@@dot3079 that would be like ordering a death sentence to some one for hating someone so much that you wish them dead. And then the course saying well you had intent because you wished them dead. @@atruceforbruce5388 I don’t think your point of hating someone so much correlated to my comment but I do understand where your coming from. If you hate someone and wish them dead out loud that’s one thing, but hating someone so much that you can plan their death in your head and then pay someone to kill them, i think that’s more sinister and diabolical than killing for money. Your taking advantage of someone to do a favor bc you have something they need. Their intent is to kill for the money that someone else gave them, so why does the person who offered the job deserve to live but the murderer doesn’t? I’m not saying you are wrong bc I understand your feeling on it. I just don’t think the murderer should die before the orchestrater bc if the murderer never told, the orchestrator would never be found. If that makes any sense at all.
Charles Mansion was given the death penalty, but awaiting it, the US Supreme Court abolished it for being cruel and unusual punishment. A few years later ANOTHER US SUPREME COURT, overturned the earlier court ruling a d REINSTATED THE DEATH PENALTY, allowing states to impose it, completely different .
Also, I'm just curious in the second video, if right off the bat he's sentenced to death. Why do they even read off the other charges and how many years he has to do for those crimes? He's going to be killed so he won't be doing any years
@@raybrozzo7850 what if he doesn't get the appeal and remains with the death penalty? Would he serve the years for the other charges first and then be put to death?

There's an episode of the show called "Life and Death Row" where they go into this case pretty deep. It's season 2 episode 3, and the police had both of them separate, but they could hear each other.
So Austin, the one getting executed and planner of the whole thing, talked first but lied to minimize his involvement, and the other guy heard it and that's when he was totally truthful, and the physical evidence corroborated what he said, so that was why even though he admitted to doing the actual physical attack, they gave Austin the worse sentence.

Prison Fights - Contraband YoYo Used As Weapon
No he is not...

Just found your channel yesterday..... And it is fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Getting that smoke and hitting subscribe 🤣🤣🤣
Welcome plenty smoke to go around these days!
The Judge then came in and was like boom. Look at the way he’s looking at his attorney and the bailiff. Like wtf is he talking about.
That second guy is the definition of “ramblings of a lunatic”.

wise man once said, "if man licks lips after every other word, chances are, he's speaking snake." aka he's lying.
It's actually true according to Biblical coding. Jesus said ye are a brood of vipers. He wasn't joking. These are the tares that are spoken about. The wheat and the tares parable. Snakes can't control their tongues. That thing licking his lips isn't human. And in no way.. shape form or fashion is it human. He's lying thru it's sharp reptile teeth.
Tht really thought provoking

The first kid made a valid point and it's kind of messed up he got that smoke. The second guy though; he seriously said that one day he would walk free. 🤣🤣🤣
@Cartel Bricks what if he was protecting a young man being beaten to death by the cop?
The first kid dragged the dead body in the woods and pumped it full of bullets just to see What it felt like. He's just as guilty for murder and masterminded the whole plot
@Cartel Bricks facts? Facts being whatever the cop says? Most innocent people sitting in prison are there because cops lied, and they have no way to refute what was said. You're welcome to "shut up, child".

What’s good! Been super interested and your stuff keep doing great my man
Holy Shit. I have never seen someone get sentenced to death. When he got sentenced to death, now does that mean he will die or he will have to report to Chef Death whenever he needs ingredients.
Bro stfu lmao “report to Chef Death when he need ingredients”
@@RagnarLoudpak fr what kind of shit was that?
That's right around where I grew up. Crazy.
That second guy was just winging and licking it!
Manson was sentenced to death and he was miles away from the crime scene(s) when the murders went down. If you're deemed to be part of the conspiracy, you can face the exact same penalty as if you pulled the trigger or swung the knife. These outcomes happen more than some people realize
Serious Smoke Wave. Great clips Death. Enjoy your content immensely!!!💪💪💪
The 1st one seems like he's just a kid
I swear I recommended this case in another video on this channel! This is a hometown case for me! It's crazy how they let them hear each other during the interrogations.
I really don't get the motive. They weren't junkies or owe money for gambling debts or anything, right? I don't get how they could be that desperate for cash without having a very specific goal for that cash, like needing dope or meth or something.
Early 2014 I ended up catching a case in St Lucie County Florida serve the year in Rock Road for it and as a trustee doing my time the job assigned to me what to take food to the high-risk and lockdown inmates. They had that man in permanent lockdown along with about five or six other guys didn't really speak to him much other than to let him know his food was at the door
Hell yeah dude! Love seeing these young men telling on each other and just wrecking each other’s lives! This is reality!
Yes this is reality for sure thats main reason I show it....
Damn Mr. Scrooge . I pity these Fools. Especially the first kid, but setting up a friend 1 to rob and 2 he dies. The second kid , even though he was kinda BSing, I like that "look at man as a man, not a man with a badge, and not as a criminal, but as a man. Great line, great thought. Still caught the SMOKE though. Somebody pull the fire alarm!!!!
Lmao I'm always saying let's see who got their boots smoked when I look at mobile patrol 😂
So the white guy who snitched has to spend life in prison as a known snitch?
Both co conspirators we’re white. The black guy was a separate case
You always fixated on the lamps in the courtroom 😆
Yo death so do u ever have dreams/nightmares where ur back in prison and it feels so real that when u wake up ur like "wtf..." ??
Kinda freaks me out . Hope it's not a future deja vu man lol 😅
Happens to me. Ive had at least a dozen of those dreams since i got out 8 years ago. Usually i dont know how i ended up back in prison in the dream
Only prison dream I have is when I relive the moment the captain told me my mother died..COVID made it impossible to go to the funeral. Kills me everyday.
The way this video has me practicing what I would say if I were in that situation even though I have never even gotten a traffic ticket lmao
Yo Death you should try to interview Jessica Kent. She has one of the biggest female prison youtube channels. It would be an awesome video
Agreed. I would love to see that to
She thinks very highly of herself, and she has too much self esteem. (Lot of redundancy in that statement)
When she was talking about the fight with the alleged cho mo, ...I was hoping the cho mo won, , but of course jessica won, allegedly.
But her channel is interesting and I watch it anyway
@@shannondove9029 lmao
Florida Man got smoked like fresh Mullet
That scenario is exactly what happened between gotti and Sammy the bull, Sammy killed his own brother in law and walking around doing interviews
Doing interviews? Uhhh doggie the man has a poppin ass UA-cam channel. And he did a 20 pice. And do you know the circumstances around Sammy killing (or setting up the killing) of his brother in-law? But yes pass judgment on a man that spent twenty years in a concert box like a monkey in a zoo and survived. Some of the facilities he was housed in could vary well be considered hell on earth. Not a lot of people make it through twenty year bids and live mostly normal lives after.

The person that killed the person had a decision to kill or to turn the other kid that set it up down. He was too much a punk to do it himself. I Don think he had the strength to take a life. I don't think a death sentence was warranted, it should have been given to the killer.
My thoughts are the actually killer should get the death sentence and the guy that ordered the hit life behind bars only because it came to fruition. I'd say the actual killer is the more dangerous of the 2 because he didn't care who he killed just the reward of killing.
Booooom! What up baby!!! Thanks for the drop. Much love from Sactown!!!
Lolol! That’s pretty funny. Yeah I love the trees though. We’re u at night I ask?

Similar case to Charles Manson! He should for max get life without parole, I smell the rat is related to someone with authority is the case here.
Very satisfying video. Thanks for putting things in perspective!

great show as always, thx for the court ones. luv em!
Also, I'm just curious in the second video, if right off the bat he's sentenced to death. Why do they even read off the other charges and how many years he has to do for those crimes? He's going to be killed so he won't be doing any years
If he gets off on an appeal you have to have the other charges on file and they don't just go away
@@raybrozzo7850 what if he doesn't get the appeal and remains with the death penalty? Would he serve the years for the other charges first and then be put to death?
@Central Texan okay so it's basically just if the Appeal on the death penalty gets overturned or for some reason his sentence changed from the death penalty then he would have to do that time for the other charges. Got it
