My 98 I just acquired had just a little bit of very dark oil left in the case 🙄 Just flushed and 2:34 filled it yesterday. Seems to be a happier vehicle, I’ll flush & fill it again next weekend.
Don't know, bought it together with a trans but knew it was probably toast. Drain the oil from the AG and see how much is coming out, it hold 0.7 lit (23,66 oz) if you get less then that out your AG is probably toast.

What sound was it making? I have what sounds like a a ringing sound coming from the front of the driveline and i think my angle gear might be toast.
