The Acq Inc stories themselves are intended to take place in the Forgotten Realms. In fact, Omin Dran is a Masked Lord of Waterdeep. That said, technically I don't think Ravnica was an official setting prior to being released a few years ago for 5e. So it's the newest since Ravnica.

One of the most inspired decisions Mercer made with his setting - IMHO of course - is deciding that the Drow are in the process of getting kicked out of the Underdark (and abandoning the worship of Lolth) due to being overwhelmed by various Aberrant creatures. Totally stolen this for my own homebrewed setting. Currently the PCs are sitting across an underground lake from a Drow city wondering why the inhabitants of said city have become amphibious ...
If it’s not in the book, Matt has released the class info online unearthed arcana style. So if you’re interested, it’s out there. Just look it up and you should be able to find where he posted it.
The Cobalt Soul monk is on page 104 in the _Tal'Dorei Campaign Setting_ book. Although I think he's changed it a little since that book was published. There's also the Blood Domain for clerics, Path of the Juggernaut for barbarians and the Runechild for sorcerers.
The Cobalt Soul is previously covered in the Tal’Dorei guide, along with the Beau’s subclass (which I think has had some updates you can find online). There’s probably a lot of new information about the Cobalt Soul in this book, but no subclass.

I love what I'm hearing, as a DM and as a player. The starting adventures in each of the major areas sound like great ways to start a new game. Plus new stuff unique to the setting that DMs can transplant into their own games.

I know not everyone is happy about this book that they wanted a planescape or dark sun book but this something new and helps expand D&D with new ideas and concepts so I'm sure with some time people will come to enjoy it.

Its the world that drew me in and made me love Dungeons and Dragons. Everyone has their realm they prefer, Greyhawk Ebberon ect. And I am just beyond thankful to be able to have something like this. Alright, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get this but I’m pretty sold on the idea this seems like it may be the most fleshed out setting book for 5e that they’ve put out.

I just found myself playing an episode of Critical Role at the same time that I started watching this... and hearing Matt's voice in two places at once is sort of perplexing. It feels like he's speaking to me. 🥺
Honestly the biggest thing I'm hyped for it the echo knight! I really want to play a class or subclass that using Dunamancy for martial combat. Caleb uses it in a cool way, but I need orcs to taste my blade as they are crushed in the vacuum or space!!!

My DM included Vestiges of the Divergence in our Tiamat campaign before it was official content now. My Elf Ranger/Rogue has Fenthras Wrath of the Fey Warden (longbow), Whisper (dagger), Cabal's Ruin (cloak), & Condemner (heavy crossbow) all Exalted from our 1.5 year playthrough of Tyranny of Dragons. Other DM's groups have let me use them because they obviously love Critical Role, but are still shocked at how powerful these artifacts are when combined w/ class abilities & feats.

My DM included Vestiges of the Divergence in our Tiamat campaign before it was official content now. My Elf Ranger/Rogue has Fenthras Wrath of the Fey Warden (longbow), Whisper (dagger), Cabal's Ruin (cloak), & Condemner (heavy crossbow) all Exalted from our 1.5 year playthrough of Tyranny of Dragons.
Other DM's groups have let me use them because they obviously love Critical Role, but are still shocked at how powerful these artifacts are when combined w/ class abilities & feats.
I got tal dorei campaign setting for christmas and its Amazing as a campaign book and just to read..can't wait for this new book!
Will this book tell us who is on the Tal'Dorei Council?
Tal'Dorei is a different continent. And a different publisher.
