    Butter chicken Recipe:
    Chicken tikka marination :
    Chicken breast boneless - 350 grams
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
    Red chilli powder - 2 Tsp
    Salt to taste - 1 Tsp ( accordingly)
    Curd - 1/4 cup
    Oil to pan fry
    For the gravy:
    Oil - 2 Tbsp
    Butter - 3 Tbsp
    Roughly cut onions - 100 grams
    Roughly cut tomatoes - 500 grams
    Garlic pods - 4
    cashew - 50 grams ( 1/4 cup )
    Salt - accordingly
    garam masala - 1/2 Tsp
    chilli powder - 2 Tsp
    On Pan:
    Butter - 3 Tbsp
    Ginger chopped - 3 pods
    Green chilli - 1 no
    Salt - accordingly
    Fenugreek (methi) leaves - 1 Tsp
    Fresh cream - 1 Tbsp
    -Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder salt , yogurt and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes
    -Heat a grill pan on high heat, add some oil on the hot pan and grill the chicken till it is done.
    Remove and keep aside.
    -Alternatively, you can cook the chicken in preheated oven at 180c for 20 mins and remove it.
    -For the curry mix add butter once butter is heated add all the ingredients into deep vessel pan. Bring it to a boil. Cover and cook for 20 mins after the boil.
    Now remove and let it cook for few minutes.
    -Add it to a blender and make a fine puree.
    Strain and keep aside.
    -In a separate pan melt butter and saute chopped ginger and chopped green chill .
    -Add the curry and some water to get the right consistency.
    -Add the cooked chicken into the curry and bring to a boil.
    -Add fenugreek leaves powder and salt to taste.
    -Finish with fresh cream. Serve hot.
