I live in the UK and am a real fan of this channel. I can honestly say that I have not come across another cooking channel that instructs you in making Indian dishes with such clarity. They all work, as I can testify having made several of them, some many times such as the biryani above. This is an excellent cooking channel and I commend it to all lovers of Indian cuisine.
I cooked this following your instructions to the letter and It was a complete success.The most delicious meal I ever cooked. Thanks (I served it with some mango chutney on the side)

Everybody listen ....this recipe is the total keeper.,!! I tried the last Sunday ....oh my God it turned out absolutely delicious 🤤 ❤️ I wasn’t expecting the Biriyani to be this delicious because it was my first attempt...even though it was my first attempt .., the Biriyani came out really good !!

I want to say a big Thank you to whoever is running this channel. I am a person who was absolutely afraid of standing in front of a stove. After I found this channel 2 weeks ago for the first time I made chicken karahi and my younger brother loved it so much. I was afraid of getting negative comments as I am 21 and cooking for the first time while my nieces can cook but I got postive feedback and got told I cook well. Which is why I only subscribed this cooking channel and have especially searched for “Spice eats” when I wanted try making biryani. Love whoever made the effort to teach in the easiest way possible!
I made this today . Took me about 3 hours but the end result was amazing. The best part was getting dad's approval at the end :) . He loved the biryani. Thank you so much for this!!
