I'm stripping mine on Saturday, it's great that you are that 1st step before me so I watch to see what to expect , mine is the same layout as yours, I'm putting patio doors on rear and bedroom at the back.
Mines all stripped out new marine ply then osb on top , with sealant in the middle , got kitchen fitted , two partitions , half way through toilet, all leisure batterys and zig unit fitted, awaiting more parts and kitchen carcase and work top now. Hey Buddy, I'd missed you even bought a horse box, will this be continuing or has it been knocked on the head for now? I'm in the beginning stages of looking at horse boxes or I can buy a tiny house chassis and just start a tiny home from scratch, I think unbelievably that might be the easiest option!
We have decided against doing the horse box for ourselves due to the rise in fuel prices. We are however searching for a small holding of land so we can move it there, so it up and run it as an Airbnb.

@@simplycampervanconversions Makes a big difference when you're only getting 13-20MPG thats for sure! Good luck with the search for land!
@@Aboutavan our horse box would have been lucky to get 12 on a good run, 8 round town and going through the gears.
