it's very stable, never had any issues even in rough water. go to the 2:00 mark on this video ua-cam.com/video/Xnps84wWmlI/v-deo.html I picked up a newer revo 13 with the better seat, so I have both. gonna do a comparison video in the next few months. I highly recommend getting the one with the updated seat

The Storage box is a Thule Frontier. The Kayak Carrier are just standard J mounts....
